I know this isn't a short - but I thought any short greater than 0.5% had to be previously declared to the market?

Research, RRRR Investments LLC, FrancInvest Holding Corporation, Omega Funds I Limited and ErsteAM Ltd (the "Consortium Members"). The change in Yew Tree's indirect percentage holding of voting rights in AML detailed in this notification is as a result of these agreed transfers of part of the Placing Shares to the other Consortium Members having taken place.
