I see you recommended KGF having read the 7.00am RNS - did you also lunch on LAM ? - no recommendations from me but the moral of the story is to get up early - scan read all early RNS's within the RNS tab - initially concentrate on the "trading updates" titles as there will be too many read & research fully before 8.00am - (If the heading contains current topics ie "Covid" also concentrate on those) - Try it
