I hope they are doing deep dive due diligence - £1.26m debt with circa £4m attributed to intangible assets (the games) that are not on the market! We all know that there are thousands of games already available.

L have said before that Metro need to stop following the banking herd and specialise on specific markets. Perhaps they have finally realised and the tide has turned? I certainly have added a few at recent prices for the longer term.

This is still just 30p in pre-consolidation terms so in my opinion a long way to go as the Government continue to reduce their holding.

You cannot compare the share price of Lloyd's with a mcap circa £33b to Metro with an mcap of only circa £221m. If/When Metro decides to stop chasing the banking herd and starts to specialise in high fee return products such as bridging loans, expats etc etc then they will flourish.

With Mcap of £270k I suspect the Directors will propose taking this private for a minimal sum resulting in cancellation from aim.

If NWG reversed their decision to withdraw from lending to the oil and gas industries then profits would be even greater. Rose needs start thinking about shareholder value rather than following the green herd. Banks should seek profits not headlines.
