True Eric, we can't do much about the past but we shouldn't forget what happened.

All this BS about Blue Square needs to be dropped. It's highly doubtful that BMR already had BS as a contact. They would have been introduced to us by our "partners". It's also highly doubtful that Borrelli or any of the board are under investigation.

Let's just drop it and concentrate on what we can get out of this mess.

Yeah it doesn't make sense. Someone said CF had 40m to sell and a 40m sell went through. There's been loads of buy volume on top of that yet the SP is down to silly lows again.

Some people seem to think that Blue Square is connected with Borrelli but you have to dig a little deeper...

I've not heard anything from Vig. I'm assuming he was banned from LSE for making "slanderous accusations".

We know that our situation is sh** but I'd rather see some "progress" than nothing at all. Shareholders will complain no matter what's said, and it's understandable because some people are looking at huge losses here, but something is always better than nothing.

The Royalty company will see many get all or some of their money back (providing JLP do their bit). I have my own thoughts on the proposed listed company but I will keep them off the public boards.

I would argue that £300k is better than nothing. Also there are other litigation pursuits ongoing. Even the ACI situation could turn into a legal claim if they don't pay up.

I don't know what site you've been on but there are over 300 members on the BMR Watch site and I've never heard anyone say they've had that problem.

It appears CF have also been selling shares in other companies they hold.

I think 40m is below 3% of the company but a holdings RNS might get released, depending on who bought them...

A late 40 mill sell has appeared from yesterday. I take it that could have been City Financial that sold up?

There shouldn't be anything holding this back now.
