It says "processing" capacity and not "output", so it's confusing. The figures don't add up. In the Kabwe funding RNS it states ramp up from 20tph to 40tph over a 2 year period. In the presentation, LC says phase 2 will be around 5 months after phase 1 is completed, which should be end of 2019. In that case phase 2 would be reached in just over a year from now...
It reminds me of when BMR would release updates on the project. Details were usually vague, misleading, and numbers/dates always changing. I hope JLP will actually hit the timelines and production figures they speak of.
You could be right regarding the pre-processing of material, but where would it be processed? Originally there was talk of building a pre-processing plant at the Kabwe mine site, but I haven't seen this mentioned recently.
