Definitely a large sense of deja vu going on. The plant is supposed to be "built" and "producing" in around 6 months. However, government approvals still needed and long lead items only just being ordered. I'll be pleasantly surprised if they pull it off.

I have a slight suspicion that the Circular will be delayed until the Sable Zinc deal completes. Of course, no reason to do that if they believe the deal will conclude.

If not, I still think mid-June is a good possibility...

The Circular was supposed to be sent out at the end of March, so technically it's 2 months late.

The main delay was JLP acquiring Sable, it took a lot longer than expected. You can probably guess what the delays are now.

Note the RNS from GLR dated 13th September 2018. According to that, the Star-Zinc and Kabwe Residual Rights acquisition will need to be completed by 30th June. I'm expecting the Circular by mid-June.

Bring on those peanuts indeed mate, they are worth a lot. We were roughly a £6.7m MC company before the stock was suspended. The Royalty is worth multiples of that. All being well, you will also have a listed company which might make a few bob too.

Give it a couple of weeks and I think we will have our Circular along with a company update. It should also include our accounts for the period ending 31st Dec 18.

You're right, JLP shareholder communication has been pretty decent, more than we got here. However, I think they have been a bit slow to get information out regarding Kabwe, and more details are needed, there are still a lot of question marks surrounding the project.

If they get Kabwe up and running by October 2019, it would be around two years since they first announced they were getting involved with the project. I hope it doesn't run much past the two year mark. Let's not forget that JLP said mid-2019 for commissioning of a Zinc plant. I know the plans changed regarding the plant, but let's hope they don't push back on the Q4 target date, there are no excuses now.

Aye, it's down recently, but you don't have to be concerned about JLP's SP anymore, seeing as we no longer hold any shares. Unless you're a shareholder yourself I wouldn't worry.

It's all about them getting Kabwe online and delivering the Royalty payments to BMR ASAP. As Troajan points out, it's scheduled to be online Q4 this year, we've heard that before, haven't we? lol

Fingers crossed, but as is the case with most projects there are usually delays...

It's a good start for Mark, but I bet most of those commissions were already in the pipeline before he started as CEO. Like jenashon says, hopefully he can grow the company by producing more. With his connections it would be good to grow our market exposure and expand into the US, that's where the big bucks are at, especially with the likes of Netflix and Amazon, to name just a couple!

I've been looking at the SP performance since the beginning of 2018... It started out at 0.85p and finished 2018 down at 0.38p (-55.29%).

We started 2019 at 0.38p and we're now at 0.24p (-36.84% YTD). So we're now down by 71.76% since the start of 2018...

Not great figures, but when you consider our revenue and order book has been growing in that period, and we now have ex ITN boss, Mark Browning as our CEO, you've got to fancy this growing substantially from here. I'm still hopeful we can get to 2.5p so Shenners can throw his party! A £34m MC should be achievable with £3-£5m profits??

I bought some more just under 0.25. I can't work out why people are selling after that news. I think this is just the start of more to come!

I wouldn't say buy the dip, I'd call it more of a fall. A well timed buy here will see plenty of profit.

I've just posted an update on BMR Watch. Unfortunately it can't be hurried. We're just waiting for an update from our partners, once this happens the Circular will be sent out.

Could be sentiment related. The SP keeps falling. Someone might be taking money out to look elsewhere.

Another theory could be a placing to enable an acquisition. Could explain why Directors are not buying, just yet.
