allthatguff, you'll have to make your mind up about me... Two weeks ago I posted that we will have our update in a couple of weeks, and mentioned an acquisition and re-listing. You asked if anyone believed the "astounding charade". Which part didn't you believe? Are you a shareholder here? I can't remember if you said you are or not...

Regarding the Royalty, like I said, it's just a theory, but I wouldn't put it past AB to sell a percentage of it for cash to fund the next venture.

Keep an eye on your letter boxes, it's coming in the post... Did I mention we're getting a new CEO? I wonder why AB is handing over the reigns for this new venture?

It's just a theory, but I have a feeling AB is going to sell 6% of our 11% Royalty for a lump sum (closer to re-listing) and then we will also have some dilution on top of that to raise a bit more cash, and 19% of the enlarged shares in issue going to Revelo for the Copper project. We then retain a 5% Royalty which is paid as soon as production starts from Kabwe, no waiting for them to recover their costs first (providing they don't go and change the rules). Just a theory...

Bird has been on the Revelo board for about 5 years... It appears that CB is having a major influence on the future of BMR. Funny that, because he's been instrumental in helping to strip us of our assets, and now we're taking the scraps that nobody else wants...

All I will say is, as far as mining projects go, it could have been a lot worse… Chile is an excellent place for mining, they produce 35% of the worlds Copper supply. Antofagasta, a £10billion company operates mainly out of Chile, and this exploration acreage we’re looking at is stone’s throw away from some of their Copper mines. If we make a good discovery, there’s a good chance we could just sell it straight to one of the big mining companies in the region... At least it wasn't something in Africa!

There should also be another acquisition being made by BMR, and I hope this one has a bit more meat on the bones…

Klue, he must have read your post and decided to release the Circular. At least he decided not to wait any longer for JLP to acquire EML, we need to see some progress and I was getting annoyed with being held back.

I hope there's still a game changer of a deal to be announced... Is it me or is it getting a bit Chile outside?

Yes, Star-Zinc is probably worth circa £30m over 6 years, taking off costs, taxes, and the 5% owned by the Government. Then you have Ka****u which is probably worth 2-3 times as much. I think 5p is easily achievable when Star-Zinc is producing, and possibly 10p + when Ka****u is in production. It's just a case of waiting.

mike, I agree regarding management and RRE being a proper company. The main point being, it's possible to turn a company around with the right acquisitions. We also have the Royalty which is valuable in its own right. Maybe it's wishful thinking of me, but I do hope things turn out well. Time will tell...

I noticed Rockrose Energy (RRE) has gone up 120% today. I have them on my watch list for some reason, can’t remember why.

They suspended trading back in February and have just resumed / re-admitted trading on LSE today. Trading was suspended so they could make acquisitions, I think they successfully made one. Obviously their story is much better than ours, but it makes me wonder if BMR could have a similar come back after having made some acquisitions. I guess we won’t know until we are informed of the type of acquisitions we are going after, and what it will cost us in return…

It's not BMR, they only got shares in exchange for Star-Zinc and Ka****u, I doubt they would buy anymore shares. I noticed full ask was getting paid with the buys from this morning. This should do well when news arrives...

3card, as far as I know there are no institutional investors in BMR, certainly nothing large. You've got JLP with 97m shares (29.01%) after that there are only 37 holdings of a million or more shares, and majority of those are individuals (including AB). Private investors own the majority of the company, so to say we don't stand a chance is not strictly true. We only need to outvote JLP, they of course will be in favour of the proposals.

Eric, just to clear things up a little, when BMR Watch last met with the BMR board in March, I was there, and we didn’t just sit there talking about the weather. So you can safely assume I know more than the average shareholder. However, as KlueLoss aptly pointed out, what we get told and what actually transpires is usually two completely different things.

It doesn’t matter what I do or don’t know, or what you do or don’t know. All you need to know is, you can’t stop the proposals that are coming “imminently”. As I said previously, you’ll have the option to vote against if it’s something you don’t like. The only thing to do at this point is wait...

Eric, it won't disappear as such, it's just that the plan for it might have changed. Originally it was to be hived down into a separate company, but now it might be moved into the listed company instead.

I guess the new company will be made up of current cash, the Royalty, GLR shares, acquisition asset, and company merger?You'll see all the details in the Circular when released. If shareholders don't like the proposals, they will have the option to vote against. We will know more when full details are released, hopefully not long to wait now.

Long time no see... I feel your frustrations, I think we all do. It's been almost 18 months since trading on AIM was suspended, and it will be 1 year in a couple of weeks since we were de-listed. I hope we have received a full update by then, outlining a clear plan for BMR's future. Shareholders deserve a way of getting some money back. We might not get as much as previously hoped, but I still believe there is quite a bit of value to be had... if things go well!

We are supposed to be re-listing by the end of the year, I’ve been told it’s still on track. Obviously we’ve suffered long delays for the shareholder Circular, mostly down to JLP and the delay continues…

Unfortunately we had 335,710,864 shares in issue before we were de-listed and on top of that there will be more shares in issue when we eventually re-list. It’s difficult to say what the SP will be upon re-listing, I’d be quite happy if it’s around 2p and can grow from there. Although, aim-sickness might be about right with his guess of 1-1.5p??

As for the Royalty, unfortunately (a word that can be applied a lot with BMR), I fear it will be falling through those slippery fingers…

Hi TBTT, I agree, the mining licence application should follow quite quickly after the the JV deal. Although, CB mentions in the Proactive interview from July 1st that he must obtain a JORC and produce a mine plan before ha can apply for the licence. That's probably the next item on the list after they complete a deal with JLP...

I'm expecting an RNS in the next few days.

Good article on Netflix below. Sounds like they might need more longer running exclusive content to keep up with the competition. Either that or they keep churning out the one-offs for a quick turnaround... I'm sure Zinc-Media can cater for their needs with factual content.

The price of Vanadium isn't doing too well now... In 2017 it was $6 per lb, and a year later it was over $30. Recently it's fallen as low as $8 per lb. It's not the best time to be selling it, but hopefully it will start making a move closer to $20 by year end.

The 1 million might have been a buy. It's currently just over 0.54 to sell and 0.5475 to buy. The price seems to be moving all over the place inside the spread. It's looking a lot stronger though. Possibly less sellers now due to news on the horizon.
