RE: 90mil market cap only 10x from here26 Jun 2024 14:01
Exactly, a £90 Million MCAP is peanuts in the sector GDR operates in. Don't forget that Dr Ian Gilham, Chair of Genedrive, has a track record of selling his businesses for much more than £90 Million. i.e. £250 Million for Axis-Shield and £300 Million for Horizon Discovery.
In a nutshell, once the NHS start buying GDR's MT-RNR1 ID Kit nationally the revenue moving forwards is very attractive for Genedrive:
* £8.5 million every year, based on approx 100,000 NICU admissions with an average customer price per test of £80+. This is based on GDR's own Guidance via the Nomad / RNS.
* Furthermore GDR has guided the market via RNS that the EU market for the MT-RNR1 ID kit could be £46.8 million each year and that the U.S. market for the MT-RNR1 ID Kit is worth approx £34 million each year.
* These figures exclude the rest of the world, which according to GDR's guidance comes in at £13.8 million.
* When you add GDR's CYP2C19 stroke kit in to the UK mix the GDR guidance via RNS, signed off by the Nomad, equates to another £8.5 million (based on approximately 85,000 strokes each year).
* GDR has also guided via RNS that the EU market is worth up to £93.5 million every year (based on 800,000 strokes per year).
* The U.S. market, according to GDR, is worth £67.6 million to GDR every year (based on 700,000 strokes each year).
These numbers are game changing.....
Good luck, Brighty
