Exactly. GST is more likely to be 50p a share in the next couple of years rather than a few pence a share once Jack Bai, Tone Goh and Shayne Tan have leveraged a small percentage of the NEO banking sector. The industry forecast indicates that the NEO space is set to grow to $2.1 trillion by 2030 from its current $72.47 Billion. When you then add in to the mix the GS20 Exchange this is in a no brainer to be invested in. AHS' £1 a share in 3 years is not as far fetched as it sounds....

The RNS earlier this year confirmed a takeover deal would be considered if the price was right / would benefit the shareholders. This play is all about the significant value of the licences, all of which have been renewed. If a major player wants to enter the market cost effectively WEB is an obvious takeover candidate. The major shareholder (check out the individuals concerned) would need a "substantial offer" to make it worth their while.....

Come on CP this could easily have a Mcap of £500 million to £750 million in due course given the potential of what is unfolding at Itumbula West:

· On track to deepen ITW-1 well and commence EWT in fault-fracture helium play in July

· Company-owned rig is on-site and ready for third party services to rig up ahead of spud

· Acquisition of well control equipment to complement drilling rig

· Appointed experienced drill crew for EWT operations and personnel mobilisation underway

· Long lead items arriving at site for July spud

· Remobilisation of camp personnel and medical support to site

· Contract executed with global technology company, SLB (formerly Schlumberger) for provision of cementing, drilling and completion fluids services, and surface well test equipment and services

· GeoLog International BV ("GeoLog") contracted for mudlogging services

· Laboratory results of helium samples from ITW-1 are consistent with measurements made by onsite field PVT laboratory

· Second phase field work of ESIA study required for feasibility study ready to commence

· Feasibility study and subsurface modelling underway ready for integration of EWT results ahead of Mining Licence application.

It all rests on the EWT and then a JV. If that happens we will see a GGP / ARB style rise and a Mcap to match....

Exactly, sit back and wait for the rewards. CAB Payments, the business-to-business cross-border payments and FX company, has less strings to its bow than GST and its MACP is £270 Million. GST is building a robust business and the rewards for patient shareholders look significant....

Exactly. As I have posted over the last few months this is a slow burner that could become a sleeping giant following the Meadow Partners JV partnership. For newbies here's some more background for you:

* ROAD used to be known as Barkby (BARK).

* They changed their name following a JV deal with Meadow Partners last October.

* Meadow specialises in middle-market real estate transactions across all sub-sectors and risk profiles.

* Its partners have been responsible for the acquisition and ongoing asset management of over USD 30 billion of real estate assets located in the United States, Europe and Asia.

* Meadow is a real estate private equity manager based in New York and London with USD 6.2 billion gross AUM.

* Barkby / Road has been exiting its non-core investments to focus on building a portfolio of roadside real estate assets, including drive thru restaurants, convenience retail and EV charging infrastructure.

* Quality businesses are being signed up to let the units, such as Greggs.

* ROAD also has an option to increase the JV to a 10% holding. It currently has a 3% stake.

* The risk is that Meadow swallow up ROAD but the reward is that together they aim to create a £250 million modern roadside portfolio.....

Exactly and to be fair once HE1 had completed a similar bargain basement fund raise the share price went x 15 from 0.20 to 3p approx. If we get a similar HE1 style bounce from the Open Offer / REX lows of 1.5p Genedrive will be over 22p a share....

Exactly. The big boys have cash to splash on deals. e.g. AZ’s Ceo Pascal Soriot has flagged up that leading up to 2025 AZ has plans to expand its scope through new acquisitions:

“We want to be a sustainably growing company. Until 2025, we have strong growth ahead of us, but we also believe we can continue to grow very strongly post-2025 and it’s all about innovation in the pipeline”, Pascal Soriot. Perfect timing then for the MT-RNR1 ID or CYP2C19-ID kits perhaps?

Soriot has regularly talked up his interest in increasing AstraZeneca’s portfolio of bolt-on acquisitions leading up to 2025 and taking part in more ‘small to mid-size’ bolt-on acquisitions in the upcoming years. Source: Reuters Newsmakers online forum.

Just this week AstraZeneca paid $800 million upfront deal Amolyt Pharma, with a total consideration of up to $1.05 billion. Maybe the MT-RNR1 ID & CYP2C19-ID kits are on AZ’s M&A wish list for 2025….

Exactly. That would be a pivotal tipping point moment for GDR as MT-RNR1 would then be funded by the NHS via Specialised Commissioning rather than by Genedrive and its shareholders. It would certainly be a big moment for GDR and its investors if the CEO delivers on this....

Exactly, it's infact over £30 Million from US sales each year for the MT-RNR1 ID Kit , according to GDR's guidance. The UK market for the MT-RNR1 ID Kit is smaller but still a chunky £8.5 million every year, based on approx 100,000 NICU admissions with an average customer price per test of £80+.

The biggest market for MT-RNR1 ID kit is apparently the EU. The guidance for EU revenue for the MT-RNR1 ID kit is £46.8 million each year. The rest of the world (ROW) revenue for the MT-RNR1 ID kit is £13.8 million according to GDR.

Big revenue numbers = big profits = a BIG share price in due course.....

If you are in the Miami area Coconut Grove south of the City is great, very chilled. It's where George Michael filmed the video for Careless Whisper. Green Street Cafe in the Grove is brilliant. You will lose count of the Lambos and Ferraris here. If you like Golf the Trump National at Doral in Miami is excellent, as is the restaurant. They always seat you at Mr Trump's table!!!! 94th Air Squadron next to the main Miami runway is good if you / your family like watching the planes take off and land close up.

Plus, the American Airlines Arena in Miami always have some great gigs and if you are looking for an amazing hotel, Loews Hotel at South Beach is excellent.

Further north a good non touristy area is Winter Park (old Florida / Bankers / Industrialists properties around the huge lake is fab) and air-boat rides amongst the gators is a must....

Quite the opposite in fact. The reality is that big pharma do pay mega bucks for innovative products in our sector, as the JP Morgan report highlights. Big pharma has a track record of buying in to new areas that their R&D departments have not exploited yet. e.g. a stroke and hearing tests. Therefore it is not unreasonable to conclude that one way forward for GDR (& consequently its shareholders) is a licencing deal with a major player. It would be a significant cash boost to the business if either one of the MT-RNR1 ID or CYP2C19-ID kits was onlicenced. You can't rule this out....

It's well worth pointing out that big pharma sign the majority of their licencing deals at the earliest stages, as this data from JP Morgan highlights:

* The largest share of in-license deals into big pharma happens at platform and discovery stages. i.e. Genedrive's MT-RNR1 ID Kit & CYP2C19-ID kit.

* These provide the partners substantial support and control over programme development.

* Deals signed at these earliest stages saw median upfront payments of $45 million in 2023.

* Large-cap biopharma (market cap of $50 billion-plus) are still signing $100 million-plus deal upfronts. Median upfront values increased for Platform / Discovery stage programmes as well, reaching $47 million.

Here are some of the biggest recent licencing deals :

* Akeso paid $500 million upfront by Summit Therapeutics in 2023 to in-license ivonescimab. Additionally, the partnership outlines a potential deal value of up to USD 4.5 billion.

* Alnylam received an upfront cash payment of USD 310 million from Roche (the company GDR's CEO James Cheek used to work for) in 2023 to co-develop and co-commercialize Zilebesiran. Additional development, regulatory, and sales milestones could potentially elevate the deal value to USD 2.8 billion.

* Evotec was paid $50 Million upfront in 2023 by Bristol Myers Squibb. Tiered royalties on product sales further underscore the financial commitment, resulting in USD 4bn potential deal value.

* Kelun-Biotech was paid an upfront $175 Million by Merck in 2023 to co-develop preclinical antibody-drug conjugates. Future development, regulatory, and sales milestone payments, which could total up to USD 9.3 billion.

So, rather than GDR going it alone it could be that a major player steps in to either licence Genedrive's MT-RNR1 ID Kit & CYP2C19-ID kit or a takeover happens. Either way, based on these multi million deals GDR shareholders will benefit significantly....
