Can anyone find the statement from GP alluded to in the RNS just now? The link to the investors section of the site yields no result, but Block say they have posted it already...

Block have emailed me with this correction* to the second part of what I posted earlier.

FWIW, my main broker is first direct - I simply called them and they’ve done it for me. Didn’t have to sign or send anything. They said they’ll do the same for HSBC customers.

Clarification from BLOE:

You don't enter the number of shares on the form of proxy.

If your name and address appears on the share register, the share registrar will match the name and address on the form of proxy to the name and address on the share register and they will see how many shares you own.

However, if you own shares via a private client broker, your name and address appears on the share register and you will need to instruct your private client broker to vote on your behalf.

My thoughts too. It’s woefully unclear isn’t it? I’ve emailed Block for clarification.

I’m voting in support of the board, this move is completely unwarranted and if it goes through the assets will be stripped, we’ll be laden with debt and all sorts of ‘consulting’ fees will bleed us dry.

Very important everyone returns their proxy form.

I’m not happy about it but the SP is fully reflective of this BOD’s continual lack of dynamism and commercial savvy. Been like this for years. Worst investment I’ve made.

I was in two minds before I hit the button as I'm quite long here already. I've never been the best at timing but it was the RSI that made me think this was a good moment. Last last time (early April) it was in the low 30's, and hey presto, up we went. I think more of the same is due. Let's see... GL

... but they've still got a long way to go. This BOD has decimated shareholder value - I've been in for years with an average of 250p and never once, since the slide began, felt confident this lot had a proper handle on driving revenue. To be fair, I should have cut my loses way earlier but for whatever reason, I didn't. Lesson learned. There's no point selling now, I shall just sit and watch. And wait. Who knows, might get a nice surprise.
