had dropped for me a long time ago .but my funds are tied up, I have CLUF as a to do when funds available , but I still have a fair holding in CRES and await the re valuation report . ,,If FRR pull their finger out soon then all will be rosey ..

shares traded Friday and the SP didn't budge .guess that's because of the Peel group as partners and shareholders , with such support it is hard to see this share drop in value and with the re evaluation in progress the value will surely rise ... Expected end year results due 30th April but it would be nice for an interim report release , ..

PPF took control on behalf of the government ,the government could want some of the land at discount , eg Prince of Wales to put in roads , amenities ect , would it not make sense and be politically correct that the PPF works closely with UK government , I may be way off the mark with this idea and hope I am , Cres and Harworth have donated land recently for nature reserves ect St Aiden's was recent , very generous of them or political or good forward planning I don't really know .. perhaps the land was virtually unusable ,

is the fact that the PPF have control of Harworth and may feel the need to sell assets at a undervalued price...there is much more value if the house building was done in house ,, ie get someone to do it at cost rather than sell the plots , the give away at the Prince of Wales to land for recreation is good for the local population ect and possibly the land would be difficult to develop but it is not the first time ex coalfield land has been almost given away Wheldale and Fyston pits went ages ago.these could have been utilised better , both have river views road access , Fryston was supposed to be residential and marina , Using hindsight the Prince could be used for fishing lake park homes adventure park ect , getting off point sorry ..Peel need to take control ,, best way is to buy the lot before the PPF get the chance to give it all away , roll on 20p a share ,,, rant over

we believe that PEEL will actually let all the assets in Harworth go to the PPF leaving them with only 36% of the 24.9% left in CRES ..

There has been no material change in the Company’s net assets in the period since based on the results of Harworth Estates to the end of September. Following its closure, planning applications have been granted for the site, covering the former spoilheap and the former pit yard. Former Spoil Heap. The existing planning consent for the spoil heap permits the extraction of 2 million tonnes of coal from the slurry lagoon, following which a programme of restoration will be implemented to provide a new country park, access ways and footways (application reference 13/00477/FUL). The site forms part of a major regeneration scheme within the Pontefract area and will, upon completion of the restoration, form an important new public open space for the community. Whilst the further extraction of coal slurry will take a number of years to complete, it is expected that this operation will enable the final restoration to come to fruition and provide an attractive gateway into Pontefract from the M62 and opposite Pontefract Park. The site will also provide the engineered road corridor for the proposed Northern Link Road which is a critical piece of infrastructure to ensure the future sustained growth of Pontefract. Former pit yard - Outline planning consent was granted in June 2009 for development of a new urban extension covering 917 homes, employment space and community and leisure facilities (Planning applications reference) 06/02544/OUT). The consent is valid for 15 years and includes approval of a 'Notional Masterplan' to ensure the site is integrated with Pontefract's town centre. No development has taken place on the site to date due to difficult economic conditions, however the Council is working closely with Harworth Estates to pursue external funding bids including a bid for £1.95M, Growing Place Funding through the Leeds City Region for remediation and infrastructure works and a bid to the Department of Transport for £4.17M funding to help deliver the Northern Link Road which have been successful subject to due diligence work. had a walk past the Prince of Wales this morning and there are new signs up , stating new housing development to start 2015. .the developers are on site .all good news , the question I have is who owns what , I want to put in a couple of carp fishing ponds and a little country pub on the Parkside hotel site (also for sale) cant afford it and would probably be 6ft under before it turned a profit ,

these days I just get annoyed , stuck here at a standstill till re evaluation then will still stay here for hope of takeover , stuck in FRR and watching the paint dry , keep dropping on new stocks to play with if the funds were available , ALO MARL ATC . ,, saw ALO over the weekend and thought it could just do something , after today it could go either way that's the AIM mms for you ,, time to shut up now after moaning , fecking frustrated , , sorry if my earier evaluation was a little out I thought I had seen CRES valued at £56mill somewhere , any way 10p a good start roll on a takeover

hopefully if the revaluation reveals some of the hidden assets and if they confirm that CRES has the mineral rights to below soil levels then 20p could well be a good target , and of course there s always the takeover idea .,, have a great Sunday and good weeks ahead with the research and investments..
