It's a private company With shareholders

If Frr were offered a deal why were we as shareholders not asked to vote on it ??.

I pay £10 month to keep these shares .aawww poor me ,after 12 months it really is looking grim.
As Shatner points out we still owe hope 30 plus million this year plus the 2 mill and interest. It really looks more like incompetence or stubbornness that got us here.not happy today.
