shares n issue 605mill value cres 60mill plus makes 10p share new valuation of portfolio should add at least 20% give or take leaves value 12p share IMO comments please

ken . would love this to get to the 20p mark but when you quote this as your fag packet price is that taking into account the double amount of shares we now have ??

many trading days till Xmas 7p my target may be a little low . what's anyone else got in mind ..

just got back from a week in Scotland without internet , Thanks for the info , haven't got a clue about PRG its a stock not on my watch list ...hopefully when the CRES /Harworth is revalued this SP gets over 7p , any higher would be a bonus, any thoughts ... FRR hopefully should start to rise next week ,catching up on post etc , keep up the good work and hope your investment strategy pays off

hi there CLNR on my to do list so the sp drop was good for me , ATC was also on my to do list ,,bugger went up too early as for CRES good RNS and publicity ,,shame about the S F O . all wait and see ..

may open but the costs are over 100mill more like 200 mill and the pit faced is about 7 miles from shaft . but one never knows

With regards the minerals licence, certainly for coal, I would suggest you speak to UK Coal Production Ltd, as I suspect the mineral licence may still be in their control. UK Coal Production is standalone from both Harworth Estates and Coalfield Resources plc. Harworth Estates web site refers to Harworth Colliery as “We've recently sold land at the former Harworth Colliery for a new 22,000 sq.ft (2,000 sq.m) ASDA store that will create 80 new full time and part time jobs. It's part of our wider regeneration proposals for the site which also has planning for 996 new homes and 825,000 sq.ft (75,000 sq.m) of employment land.”

nope wasn't Skeggy this time , had a few relaxing days in a place called The Bay at Filey , was checking the site out for a possible investment in property .they are a holiday complex with new housing a pub gym sauna steam room swim pool ect and a couple of properties at half list price for sale , Solo £50k reduced from £120k new thru private sales .,,,, keep up the good work ,, had a reply from the email I sent Cres , nothing worth posting in it .nice to see a slight rise here today . 7p to sell and I may call it a day . better money to be had elsewhere ..

watching this share go up up up 20% and climbing , wish I had bought some when I first saw it a month ago
