Horse Hill Developments Ltd. Aggregate test production from the Portland reservoir at the Horse Hill oil field now exceeds 10,000 barrels (bbl); the continuous Portland dry oil flow forms a key part of the schedule of works required to finalise the Portland field development plan and to the operator's target of establishment of permanent long-term Portland production by end 2019.

Rig tender documents have been issued to contractors for the drilling of the HH-2 Portland and HH-1z Kimmeridge appraisal/production wells for which planning and environmental permits are in place, with drilling targeted to start in spring 2019

HH-1 test production is planned to continue until the completion and testing of the new HH-2 Portland well.

Further, the Operator has provided the following summary of extended well test (EWT) results to date: over 35,000 barrels (bbl) aggregate Kimmeridge and Portland oil production to date. Over 25,000 bbl total Kimmeridge oil production. Over 10,000 bbl total Portland production to date, with flow continuing. 165 tankers of crude exported primarily to Perenco's Hamble oil terminal. The Portland's 36° API Brent quality crude, containing zero produced water, continues to be sold at prevailing Brent crude oil prices, less a small deduction for handling and marketing.

These don't mention share price anymore as it 'drives the wrong behaviours' hence its always nice to see an executive team with plenty of their own shares. The idea is that a placing would drive any of the above and this would feed into a measure of success. Shareholders have to hold the Board to account for the share price and flex some power if the placings aren't adding value.

Now that the Financial bods can look at future cash flows it should be pretty clear whether investing x amount into a project will add long term value. Hence I am positive on the placing IF the cash is used for adding bopd, just a bit impatient to find out what is it actually going to be used for.

The spread is certainly tighter today!

I don’t think we are anymore in the red today than we were in the blue yesterday. Despite strong buying pressure it’s traded within a narrow range since the placing. Just have to wait and see what comes next. Got to hope that after all this work, time and money we will now start reaping the rewards in terms of share price and cash flows.

With peeps talking about SS but has anyone been able to look into the activities of the Finance Director? He was on the BOD for Vatukoula Gold Mines when it got heavily involved with WH Ireland. The company saw a raft of placings and was eventually bought out by the Chinease with shareholders being given sub 4p per share after WH Ireland had put a Buy rating target price of 75p to 80p per share.

The cash raising decision would have been strongly influenced by KM - The Finance Director will coordinate corporate finance and manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions as appropriate.

KM has share options at 1.15p which was the diluted share price after the placing..

Prob doesn't mean anything but it is interesting...

Is the train leaving the station? Choochoo! No need to be negative, if you are still holding then you still think this is a better invetment than elsewhere and the journey back up to 1.8p and beyond will will be made up of multiple days like today.
