Valuations, pick 5 random O&G companies producing 2-5k bopd, check the fundamentals and the financials and compare the MCAP to ukog. I’ve done it. This isn’t going to be worth half a billion pounds even if HH starts flowing at the maximum 3000bopd. Could go to 1p, maybe 1.5p on speculative trades but not 5p and not 10p

All speculation, i don't think PMO have indicated there will be anther partner I am just extrapolating from what they have done on Sea Lion and the fact that they are already accumulating additional debt elsewhere causing the senior lenders concern.
I know that the idea is to ramp up development but the costs will still be very high. I doubt even PMO will make a decision on it until after the 2021 appraisal drilling.

I wonder how much of the work / gear going on on site was in the original drilling plan and how much was not.

PMO is by far the most shorted stock on LSE at 18%, assuming due to the North Sea aquisition

ARCM said the potential acquisition "will further expose the company's already highly levered balance sheet to significant incremental risks".

Unlikely to impact Alaska but who knows. Expect it would be better for us if they didnt buy the North Sea assets, they they will have to spend their capx elsewhere.. Seems to me they currently intend to bring in a partner to fund the development of Charlie 1 appraisal targets

SS has been earning £600k a year. I don’t think he has everything invested on this. In fact I’m sure he could retire quite happily. Plenty of people on this very board have more invested in this doing well than SS. It’s all relative.
Other than the edge packet I’m not sure I have much criticism of SS though, the strategy has been ok considering why he has to work with. I just think the problem might be onshore Uk oil.

Having said that this share is all about sentiment so anything could happen. Also wouldnt be surprised to see it at 1.5p in good news. Think I might be going sour on the ‘story’ here

No CEO wants to see the cash go to zero before raising. Additional costs on HH seems to be covered. Hopefully oil will start flowing in serious amounts soon.

Best case scenario great cash flow used to pay down YA loan but I don’t see it. SS would rather move on to the next project.

This hit 11p after SS said there was a billion barrels in the Kimmeridge. As that has translated to 200bopd don’t think that had the same ring to it.

I look at the SP and think it’s cheap, can’t go lower, then I look at the MCAP and realise it could easily drop 50% from here. Plenty of companies producing 5k bopd with a much lower MCAP and without the overhanging shares. Think I might be going to the dark side...
