PIs are selling out while someone is mopping up hundreds of thousands of shares on the cheap.

So 002 is why she joined and she knows that news flow is important, here’s hoping the experience and contacts are out to good use and we hear something soon. I don’t want to see a P&D but a bit more liquidity will help move these sellers along (said before I know). It would be nice to steadily rise and in 8-12 months a big pharma deal could propel this to another value level. That’s my thinking/strategy anyway.

Decision whether or not to drill by end of the year. Then have to raise cash. If all goes well (it usually doesn't) drilling likely to be H2 2022.

Hi, can anyone tell me why this is valued at £4m with so many assets? Are they all very early stage? Had a look through the presentation but can’t work out if there is a main key asset. Is there any news due soon?

The application still isnt showing on the daily updated Mali licence application system. Getting a bit frustrating now that we havent been updated.

That needs to get started pretty soon if we are planning to drill in 2022. Funding agreement by the end of Q3 2021 seems to be way too late to get the site survey and environmental assessments completed. I'm right in thinking the site survey hasnt yet commenced?

Very quiet on the Vistagen and Embers collaborations, are there still live? Noted some patents registered with Ember?

We also need some news. A positive turnarund on the Oxilio deal should provide liquidity to flush out the sellers and change the SP direction.

Indeed, but assuming the majority of the 500k sells since then can be allocated to him then we should be about there, possibly next week.

Yes I know Spiritefan, but the point of the open offer wont be realised if the share price is below the offer price. Hence take your £300k and buy in the market so you can raise the rest of the £6.2m in the open offer. Just a thought aye?

So the board have subscribed for £300k worth of shares when all they had to do was spend £15k buying shares on the market to add £2m to the mcap and put the price above the placing.

There’s been plenty of time to sell placing shares at a profit since issue. I would like to think that those in for a quick 20% turnaround would have already sold and the rest would be looking at a longer term investment. For the time being any buys are quickly being mopped up by sells but i think I'm more optimistic - thats because I’m new here so plenty of time for the apathy to get me but I'm coming at you with glass half full for the time being!

Looks like it could turn soon. Since the last TR1 capture (7 May) around 3% (17m shares) has gone through in largish sales so Alan could be fully out by now, or very close to it.

BTW I did a bit of research before investing and read some artciles but dont have in depth knowledge so might be way off.

Certainly the royalty cap seems very low considering the low cost of development. The rule of thumb
basically states that the licensor is entitled to a royalty equivalent to 25% of the operating profits. Looking at averages for preclinical payments, initial payments pale into comparision wiht the huge milestone payments but there is a high degree of variation.

Inital £2-£5m
Milestones: £15-£37m
Royaly 0-5%

That pretty much doubles in Phase 1 and NXP001 is 'phase 1 ready' and has had a small phase 1 study. So yes as she has taken over mid-deal its may be a sticking point.
