If the flow testing comes out ahead of expectations (based on previous results) then farm out will be the only way this doesn’t go back into the raise drill raise cycle it’s in currently. We know it’s not comercial at this well site, testing zones of interest to provide data for future drills to potential partners.

Dropped 40% and the new shares haven’t even hit the market yet. Then there’s the retail offer to drag out the churn. This won’t be recovering any time soon without solid progress in H1 which hasn’t happened for years. Talk of ‘development operations’ is nothing new, clearly the land access issue hasn’t been fully resolved and may provide further delays.

To be realistic…There is a demand for helium, the question is can HE1 provide some of it? Concentrations have reduced from 10% to 4.7% with flow rates at a pitiful 0.5 million cubic feet per day. That’s now £20m raised in 6 months with very little to show for it. Talk of a helium production plant is just smoke and mirrors at this stage because it’s not going to be built on the back of this well. Many more will be needed with better results than this one. Flow testing could run into September when they should have immediately drilled deeper. I don’t see anything to justify the current mcap or faith shown by holders other than the spectacular 1000% rise from 0.2p which put this on the map. Since then it’s been placings. a disappointing drill result and wild speculation. Most won’t like this opinion as it doesn’t support the agendas of holders. I wish you luck and things may change but the comments on here do not currently align with what is being reported in the regulatory announcements.

The problem as I see it is that they have been raising money for years for imminent production at Heron 1. Reads the same every time I come back here.

It’s corrected to show the reduction in holding, probably as a result of not taking to the new shares.

Now we have to wait to see the Impact of the new retail shares on trading.

The debt on the balance sheet along with the reduction in operating profit has changed the valuation profile for the longer term. If the new purchase and purchase investments don’t reap any rewards, as it seems they are not, hence huge downgrade. This is not returning to where it was. When this goes below £4 then a buy looks more attractive.
