Correction...The rest is not word for word....The Bezant website refers to the old Jorc report. The EUZ to the latest Jorc....so this is not at all copied and pasted from EUZ website....strange.

Good question....got no idea how long the "mistake" has been published...maybe someone has a way of determining...

Lol...Did not know they were related....If the SS is SP price sensitive then the delay in publishing the SS is also effecting the SP. Imagine the SS being purposely delayed to keep share price down and then an announcement Toral has been bought by BZT !!
I think they might all be locked up and the key thrown away !!

More like a confused website developer....this is actually pathetic. Someone should have QA'd before he published it !!...Huge mistake IMO.

The below is cut and pasted from the RNS 4th October......No dates are mentioned. Trust this manages expectations :-) ....Everyone is just waiting.......

I suspect some market manipulation taking place as traders have run out of stock and keeping the price down on purpose....relax and top up....that's the plan :-)

IN SA one has to pay 4c ps at moment which is equivalent to 0.0021 pence ps....seems like different markets have different value for the same asset !!

Yep...Its been removed. Obviously trying to de-ramp and get his hands on some stock. Its tough being a trader now I guess with this share and imo will become tougher as the LT investors take control.

Yep. Definitely agree....why settle for a once off dividend when you can get a recurring payment annually over a number of years !!

Not so sure I agree....seems like there is a very compelling business case that we all would regret if we don't go mining !! ;_)

@Oiltap.....The SS update tells me 3 things:
1. adoption of a cut and fill method of mining ....Environmental friendly.
2. decline entry followed by a raised bore production shaft.....Reduced mining costs...making a stronger business case.
3.standard two-stage flotation process ...Ease of mineral separation. No problems here.

This IMO makes Toral a very compelling buy for any mining house and a strong business case prevails here. Would you agree ?

Following sustained work on an initial scoping study for the Toral project, being

undertaken by Addison Mining Services Limited (“AMS”), the following elements

have been identified and established as development options for a potential future

mining operation at the Toral site:

adoption of a cut and fill method of mining in order to reduce waste and footwall

dilution;

decline entry followed by a raised bore production shaft (reduced shaft cost and

expenditure on raised bore commenced only at a time nearer to future

production);

standard two-stage flotation process – depressing the zinc and floating the lead;

fully mechanised utilising an appropriate level of technology for a project of

Toral’s size; and

requisite permitting and environmental pathways determined and/or underway.

I checked all MCAPS for EUZ on all 3 stock exchanges at 01.30am
11,150,000 Aus $ = 6,176,718.23GBP MCAP for EUZ in Australia
67,306,290 ZAR = 8,972,184.75GBP....MCAP for EUZ on JSE
Market cap for EUZ on LSE = 7.11 Million GBP
So lets assume Toral is sold tomorrow...who wins ????
