Simples mate….10 to 1 consolidation…..another fund raise and your 3% becomes less than 1%….do your own sums. And if you honestly still buying you are p@@sing your money down a tube and quite frankly with an attitude like yours …you most probably deserve to be taught a lesson or two.
So because you a TR1 holder I am supposed to view that as a strong buy ? Well let me tell something smartass…you are about to become an ex TR1 holder !, If you haven’t worked that out yet do your research again !!
I will ask you one last time Laguna…why do you consider this to be a strong buy when No revenues at all have been forthcoming from Kibo in the last 3 years ? If you have done your research you should have no problem telling me.
Now this would make an awesome JV company ! Even if we have to give half away. This may be the event at last !! And I would imagine non dilutionary in a way as they are big enough to provide guarantees that Spanish Government will be requiring no doubt before the issue of an expropriation license. Nice find MM.
Yes it explains a lot Cunningfox…one article is from 2012!! And the other from 2016 !!!
WTF has been going on here for over frigging 10 years !!! Zilch….fookall…No revenues whatsoever. This is a last resort to pump before a consolidation and placing imho. Laguna has not told anyone as yet why he actually believes it’s a strong buy. This is imo a sure sign of exactly what patientzero is referring to. Unfortunately though….I have to agree with him.
Hi Chrisp…I have no doubt there is Copper and it will be mined at some stage. As you say it’s the volume and quality that is important for Cu to be added to Jorc. Not so sure whether this event will actually move the SP significantly though as Cu is built into the current price…although in small volume….I was actually hoping for Gold as a by product …now wouldn’t that be a ball breaker !!
I will be very happy to be proved wrong Highside….but as explained previously…we have never predicted correctly here before as the opposite always happens :-) Let’s wait and see but October is just around the corner and I honestly do not think they will leave it to the last minute.
Best D
Chrisp…history has taught me with this share that fund raisers are always done when the SP is at its lowest…as .that’s how they let their mates in and deals are done behind closed doors. LR was very angry with me when I accused him of doing this the last time and understandably so. He had the option of raising at a higher price a few months before but rather strangely held out and was forced to raise funds at the lower price the last fund raise…and this after telling us they were looking at anti dilutionary options. We were all sucked in with this statement…And somehow there always seems to be a spike in the SP before they drop the bomb shell.
This is no different imo except it will be MCs mates next time around.
Well then thanks for the reply…You have answered my question most adequately and I am now convinced this is being pumped for the next raise and you most probably are part of the manipulation of this SP on LSE.
For the life of me I honestly cannot see how anyone in their right mind finds this a good buy at this point in time…yes in the future if it survives as a company maybe. Read their balance sheet…it tells you everything you need to know. They actually need a miracle to survive imho. The last few RNS’s alludes to a consolidation of 10 to 1… still in the pipeline I would guess…zero revenue for the past 3 years…fund raiser in one form or another imminent imo.
The Consultative Council of Castilla y León notified the parties on August 5 of the "full nullity of the agreement of December 18, 2020 of the Otero de Toral neighborhood council by which the use of communal property is awarded to Coral Renovables SL for the installation of a solar energy generation plant of photovoltaic origin".
The current president of the neighborhood council, María del Carmen Vega, pointed out that this decision " comes to endorse what we neighbors have been denouncing from the outset: the lack of rigor and transparency in the contract bidding procedure." In addition, she lamented that "we have received pressure of all kinds, both from the company and from social networks and even helplessness on the part of the Toral de los Vados City Council, which is inclined to defend the dishonest behavior of the previous neighborhood council ".
Likewise, he accused the mayor, Pedro Fernández, of "rudeness, disqualifications and recriminations" since the motion of censure filed against the previous headman: "He has totally abandoned the maintenance of Otero de Toral, with the neighborhood council being in charge of paying for clearing and cleaning that in other localities carries out the maintenance service of the City Council itself".
