MCap as shown on ADVFN is £2.4m. Still very VERY cheap and a long way it can go up for those with the sense to hold the stock long term. I remember RHPS talking of way higher MCap valuations if a bid came in for Blavod and that was many years ago, before the involvement with Extreme and before products like RedLeg and Blackwoods are in the equation. STRONG ADVICE!! Last year BES announced a trading update to 30 June, the day after the final results, if they do the same this year then there will be another RNS tomorrow. I suspect they might announce they are now running cash-flow positive but that will depend on whether they state just to 30 June or advise the current situation as well.

Good results today! Costs down further and on the way towards break-even with not that far to go. Obviously none of the Aussie Woolies order is in these results, as this is Final Results for the Year Ended 31 March 2013, whereas the Aussie deal was announced on 07 March 2013, so cash from that would not have been flowing in until late April/May. Also note that the recurring trading loss was £320k, but savings made post year end will be £325k. Add the Aussie sales and it tells me BES are PROFITABLE NOW!! BES is looking to be taken over and IMVHO it will succeed. he operating loss attributable to shareholders for the year amounted to £619k (2012: loss of £433k). This loss comprises £299k of non¬recurring expenses related to the aborted acquisition and a recurring trading loss of £320k (2012: £433k) which related to ongoing activities. This could turn out to be a showstopper for CWR IF Redox can produce systems at US$1000 per Kw and they decide to go for the same near term fuel cell markets as CWR. Why wouldn't they if they have the 'game changer' they purport to have? I am sure there would be companies queuing up to become agents all around the World. CWR won't have any mCHP products in the market until 2016 at the earliest, Redox say they will have their systems in the market in 2014. They will be doing 5kW home systems and up to 80kW commercial systems. The Redox can compete directly on price with gas/oil boilers, bypassing all the competition from the more expensive Stirling engine and fuel cell mCHP offerings. Redox might turn out to be a load of hype (looks like they have the same 'hype manager' as Bloom!), only time will tell, but not much time if they are going to launch their product in 2014. Link below to an interesting article, it shows how much hype is being invested in Redox before it even has a product to sell, as the box with green lights is a model, not an actual fuel cell. "Warren Citrin, the company’s CEO, says the fuel-cell systems will cost about $1,000 per kilowatt, compared with $8,000 per kilowatt for Bloom. Well I think we now have enough proof that the is getting the stock from ISDX, a place that a lot of people are unaware exists, most think all the trading is done on the London Stock Exchange. Buying the stock on ISDX means you can get a load of it and hardly touch the prices on LSE until the MM's get really short of stock. Considering they already held 55,043,333 shares they must be very bullish to buy any more and 300,000 is small fry, so I think we will see them buying a few million more in total.

Ramping by mapreader again. "6 million pounds in cash at bank." Spoken by him as if it is enough to last years, yet he knows as well as me and everyone else that £6m will only last CFU for 4 months and 3 weeks at the burn rate of the past quarter year. If CFU cannot raise any new cash in the next 4 months it will no longer be a going concern and would have to go into administration. I believe CFU will get another £5m added to the loan, but what if they can't, what if those doing the lending have already decided that the assets and IP of CFU is only worth a £5m loan?
