The crap that has been posted on this board is laughable.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you take a step back and consider the facts, but forces much more powerful than the majority of the shareholders on here are at work.

I have to smile when people announce that they have bought ‘x’ shares, compared to the late posted and delayed stuff, it’s small beer.

As far as I am aware, no PI’s had access to the placing. It was a done deal with the placing being announced at 7.00am and the results of the placing about 40 mins later. Although we have a seller, possibly a holder of shares issued prior to on the ipo at 5p, the fact that big players stumped up several million quid so fast is encouraging.

There has been a view expressed that the sells are flippers of the recent placing at 15p. I don’t buy that as the return at current prices would be tiny.

The selling continues........................and whilst we have this overhang the sp will not reflect the opportunity that Hex has at the moment. Patience required even though it is frustrating seeing a situation so severely undervalued.

Only part of the story Skippy..........it also needs the seller (speculating that it is to do with the 17m 5p shares that were unshackled 14th Dec) to clear. Nearly a million unreported shares posted after close yesterday. Those sorts of volumes overwhelm any news and it is perhaps a testament to the company that the sp has remained where it is.

Sooner or later the waters will become clear and this will start to reflect the de-risked reality.....................despite the deliberate campaign to damage the sp by someone who endlessly posts derogatory comments on a single board lol.

I also recall Bo saying that you can keep adding membrane inits to increase capacity.............therefore I would exoect them to add at some point as wells come online.

On the share price, If I were a 5p pre IPO shareholder, I would be selling some of my holding after the 14th December to de-risk, leaving a chunk for the free ride. It does explain the sp movement (lack of/slow decline) recently.

Once the overhang has gone, then I think we will be on the way to a true valuation. We will unfortunately have to cointunuie to put up with the miserable (hidden agenda and devious if you have not worked out what he is doing yet) dog owner lol

I believe I recall Bo in a recent interview mentioning a ‘couple of million’ for the membrane units, so well within current funds.

Not sure where you get that front. It has been clearly stated in various interviews that the company is prioritising Rudyard for cash flow and that they will revisit Clink shortly. This RNS states that Clink requires additional stimulation in the notes to editors.

The key bits for me are the condition of the plant (excellent and requiring minor refitting), confirmation of production dates, commissioning of reserves statement and the robustness of the financial model. With up to five wells this year, low production costs and the bigger than expected dome, this is not staying down at these sp levels for long imo.
