Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
WBAFC. Do you seriously think that GM wrote RNS's personally. If so you are one of the most naïve investors that I have seen evidence of on this board. Legal, finance and other regulatory experts are all over these things, particularly in light of a dispute.
Stop talking complete tosh.
It is pretty clear that Graham has become a bit of a marmite character on the board this morning. There are people sorry to see him go and people whooping and hollering with joy that he has been 'pushed' or whatever. The reality is that we don't know and it is (as usual) all speculation.
I can understand why a guy at his age, having navigated through what must have been an incredibly difficult 18 months, might want to retire. Can you imagine dealing with supply chains, recruitment, scaling up manufacture, acquiring a company and so on and so forth. It must have been exhausting. He's not going immediately, so my own personal view is that he has probably not been 'pushed' and that there will be an orderly handover.
The new guy is interesting and presumably no fool. As a few posters have pointed out, he will be fully aware of the situation with the DHSC dispute and more than up to speed with the opportunities available to Novacyt. The search for a new CEO of a company of this size is not a quick process, so he will have had the opportunity to do his own research and ask the right questions.
Does any of this change the fundamentals? No in my opinion. This is still a company with a lot going for it. A massive range of diagnostic products and services, cash in the bank despite not having been paid a considerable amount of money, probable resolution of the DHSC dispute within the next few weeks, Covid going nowhere worldwide and a superb opportunity to become a world-class diagnostic company in a growing marketplace. The list of diagnosis opportunities is almost endless.
Best wishes and kind regards to both Graham and the new guy and I am not going anywhere. Good luck all.
Please add my good wishes for a speedy recovery HC.
If it will make you smile, your comment about not being able to get out of bed reminded me of my son when he was a teenager a few years ago. I think in his case however it was late nights and lager that caused the problem.
Get well soon.
Oh Dear Deedo99.
What a childish and unhelpful outburst................ although I will give you credit for being consistent. All your previous posts are pretty much the same.
Patience is required, not ranting immature posts of that nature.
Some big numbers and transaction prices that don't make sense this morning. Two apparently 15k 'sells' this morning @ 325.28 ish, well outside the bid and ask and both timed the same.
Personally I think they may have been buys. As most people know, the indication of a buy or a sell is a simple algorithm on the system and all we know for certain is that a trade has taken place for a certain number of shares at a certain price.
Anyway, just my take on it. Good luck all.
This link is a typical example of the incorrect reporting of the supposed 'withdrawal' of PCR tests by the US Government.
See the link below posted by Wilson63 for the truth.

Not sure why you have posted it Lockedandloaded?
I can fully understand why people are trying to find out more about this DHSC dispute but did anyone seriously think that a FOI request would produce anything meaningful? Rule number one in any form of dispute of this nature is complete confidentiality. What is good however is confirmation of the fact that ADR is being used rather than the courts at the moment.
I remain a patient long term investor who genuinely believes that good things will come here to those prepared to wait.
I'm not clever enough to understand all the ins and outs of the auto trades, the low volumes and the effect of the Bourse on the SP at the moment but I'm not a fool and can see with my own eyes that this share is seriously undervalued. Business is being done and profits are being made, effort is going into r & d and a life after Covid and in my opinion, my money is safe. Novacyt has a fantastic future in the field of international diagnostics and will be a mid-cap long after the Covid opportunity has been and gone. Good luck all.
