The top 20 current II's hold 2 million shares. So add in what Worldquant have (about half a million at .71%), what the BOD and Management have and that says to me that the PI's might well be the majority shareholders overall.

Although the RNS made it crystal clear that no price sensitive information will be disclosed, I worry that a good proportion of submitted questions will either be abusive (check out the appalling responses to some Novacyt tweets and Facebook marketing posts recently) or will ask questions that people know will not be answered.
This is an opportunity to ask insightful questions about the future and sustainability of the company and I would ask politely that people don't waste the chance to get some real detail about the strategy for the future. GLA.

Mr Big. I suspect you are right but I wouldn't mind betting that they will be outnumbered by those wanting to come in when they see a re-rate happening :-)
We all know just how fast things can happen on AIM.
The other consideration at the moment (which it is easy to forget) is that it's the holiday silly season! Lots of people are away judging by the massive numbers of 'I'm on annual leave' autoreplies I'm getting on email at the moment. Explains the low volumes and general lack of interest in all markets at the moment.
Anyway, I shall continue to rest easy here. GLA
I'm not in the same league as you guys (Porks and MG) but I have a tad under 25,000 shares in Novacyt currently with my 1013 share top-up this morning.
There would appear to be a very strong LTH base with very sticky hands here. Bodes well for when common sense returns. I have always said (along with quite a few others) that this is well undervalued. With only 71 million shares in issue, this could easily return to previous highs and beyond. It does require patience of course.
Good luck all.
The volumes this morning on both exchanges are tiny and therefore relatively small transactions are having a disproportionate effect (bloody big word to tackle with only one coffee so far today!). Ignore the share price for the next few days/weeks imo.
Nothing fundamental has changed. We are selling lots of products and services. It would be nice to now some of the detail but the continued job creation, the brilliant research and spotting of product all over the world continues. I'm I comfortable with my investment? yes. I'm I going to lose my money? No. Will I be selling up and moving on? No.
Of course I would like the share price to improve in the short-term, just like everyone else but I firmly believe that it will all shake out in the wash. Covid, flu, RSV and a number of other diseases will continue to need diagnostics and this in my opinion is a market that will grow substantiality over the next decade or so. Novacyt is not a one-trick Covid pony! It is a world-class diagnostic business.
The DHSC situation will be sorted, we just don't know the time-scale. I remain optimistic as confidentiality remains and that is a good sign as far as I am concerned. The worst case scenario (and more) is already priced in so I would expect a bounce-back no matter what the result.
So, time to chill, be patient and have faith in a world-leading range of products and services, a brilliant and highly experienced management team and the investment in research and development that will keep Novacyt out in front.
All of course, only my personal opinion and good luck to all.
It's hardly a massive increase Lol. Automated trading does some funny things at times. Makes no difference to my view that this is a sound investment in the medium and longer term. In fact, bought another 641 shares at 15:03:04 as got paid today :-)
The valuations for the Oxford Nanopore listing are to anyone with a modicum of common sense, ludicrous. For a company with such small revenues and losses compared to Novacyt, my opinion is that you would have to be a pretty bullish and very wealthy individual to take a punt on them. I know that people will point out the IP and future potential, but you can do that with Novacyt in spades.
This all furthers my belief that Nova has been oversold to a ridiculous extent and that it is only a matter of time before the world and his dog come to their senses. The situation at Abingdon with the DHSC is also very telling in my opinion and bides well for Novacyt to be able to enforce their contractual rights if required. GLA.
