Very true Kitzie.
Tbh, the best thing everyone could do for the remainder of this week is switch off. This is probably the quietest period of the year on almost all stock markets, there is little or no news of any merit.
I'm going to play with my woodwork tools!
I'll join you Wilson!
It is a fact that despite the large numbers of commercially astute and business savvy people on the various boards and forums, they are matched by absolutely clueless individuals who have no idea what it takes to run a business. They don't even read the information that is released properly. If people take the trouble to look back at the RNS's so far this year there have been 32 (excluding 5 liquidity notices that are part of the Bourse statutory requirements). So all the muppets that moan about a lack of communication ought to read them.
Novacyt has a pretty impressive group of board members, senior management and operational people who absolutely know what they are doing imo. I don't want then releasing stuff that is commercially sensitive and I don't want them releasing an RNS because they have changed the packaging on a swab!
Rant over and back to my coffee and a nice bacon sandwich. I'll get the RNS out on what colour sauce I used for the twats shortly.
I think it’s just profit taking Valju. You can’t have the sort of gains we have had over the past few days without the shorter term holders and traders cashing in. I honestly believe that the majority of people purchasing shares over the past week have no idea about the company, it’s potential and the direction the sp will go. I’m very happy that this will continue to rerate as and when news drops every so often. Gla
I disagree with the view that this is where it should be at the moment Rcdm, but then we are all entitled to our opinions.
I think this is still massively oversold, even with the worst possible DHSC outcome. But all will come out in the wash :-)
It's the fundamentals that make this such a sure-fire medium and long-term winner that really differentiate NYCT form our aim stocks. There is no major risk with the cash in the bank, the ongoing sales and the start of the longer-term strategy to diversify. Even the DHSC dispute has a silver lining as it happens..........we are no longer the tail wagging the dog with one massive client.
I have never seen such a banker in my 40 years of investing. GLA but patience will still be required with the de-rampers and the short-term merchants playing silly buggers.
