RE: Bod13 Jan 2022 09:31
Whizzer, in December of 2020 , the BOD started the tendering process for poles and wires , and proposed raising 2.6M in good faith in Q1 of 2021 and the cash was forth-coming from UK investors. They got a preferential price to compensate them for not getting any options for the those shares , and for the speed , perhaps!
It was bad news for the price because 5p reduced to their 3.5p price , and less thereafter!!!!
The tenders were awarded for poles and wires so all on course for pole, wires, and, potentially extra wells, to improve dewatering. All of this is fact , documented in various RNS.
What has interrupted that plan?????? To some of us , but not all clearly , the partnership with SM with some interaction with Pure Hydrogen came out of the blue. The timings are not easy to prove, so there is a 1% chance the 2.6M was raised in the knowledge that it was not going to happen as planned. IMHO it is 99.999% certain the BOD was intent on spending the money as planned.
Precious few of us, commented on the brilliant prospects of using the flared gas with a Hydrogen prototype to start earning cash in 2022 at not much more zero expense for TLOU! SM require electricity as well as the gas , and TLOU are responsible for the supply of that. Bringing in Solar electricity classifies the Hydrogen as GREEN, and is in future plans, so the timetable for Solar would simply need to be fragmented to introduce enough panels for SM a bit earlier, and funds will need to be found!
To clear the way for SM , work will be necessary on both the gas and electricity supplies, so adding wells locally (for dewatering) might not be helpful?
We await news from Brisbane on SM's progress with the prototype before we know what to do at Lesedi!!!!!
Is that too difficult to comprehend???
My gardening is on hold until the Autumn, that was clearly too difficult for some to understand it seems! Time .... it features everywhere!
Just seen DTE post, HNY DTE, taking his post further, I want to ask Whizzer what price he would accept for his whole shareholding?
Having decided upon his price, I'd then ask him what difference it makes to him if the price is lower? If he won't sell, does it matter what the price is whilst it is below his selling target? That is why the price is immaterial. We will all have different selling prices, and I assume they are all above todays price.
