RE: Response to outlined plan and timelines10 Feb 2022 19:38
Hi Thornback, we will have to agree to disagree.
But before you go, in Columbo speak, I have a problem!
We only have a small amount of gas , enough to produce a trickle along the TL , OR enough for SM to test their prototype but only if they get to that stage.
My faith in TG who has committed TLOU to a partnership with SM, will wain if he dumps SM purely to adhere to plans made before SM offered , imho , such a good deal?
He had an alternative to consider.
i.e. An EGM asking shareholders whether they agreed to a partnership with SM on the terms we have, or ,
whether we pursue our TL and CBM power production commitment , so our sole resource - a limited gas flow - is unavailable for anything else. Eggs in one basket in other words.
To my mind, TG took the middle course, gaving SM time to prove their claims , delaying the TL start date by that time.
For all we know, TLOU/SM may have a market for the Hydrogen. Pure Hydrogen might benefit from SM having a gas supply and solar energy so soon? They have or had plans to work with SM. TLOU may just be proving all the possibilities in preparation to sell out , if that is the aim as some suggest. Would TG break TLOU into 3 companies , Hydrogen , Gas and Electricity and sell them independently? Pure Hydrogen , Orapa or Cryptos , and BPC are all in the frame with BPC signed up for electricity already!!
