Chariot have $19m (raise) + $10m (ENOG) soon + $15 (ENOG) H2 and they don't need to spend anymore costs on operating the Anchois licence now that ENOG are taking over (as operator).

I believe the SP will be around 18p by the time we spud Anchois East. So it makes sense for me to be buying at 8.5p, 9p, 10p, 11p. It's impossible to call the exact bottom and go all in, so I DCA at what I believe are very cheap prices. The poor 🤡's will try and shame you into not picking the bottom as they cry into their coffee. Best to just ignore and carry on executing ones own plan 🙂

Their Karish gas field asset in Isreal is 1.4Tcf.

That's a poorly constructed ad hominem attack on AP that bears no truth to reality. Shame on you.

AP not only participated in the placings (buying millions of shares himself for $500,000) but he also conditionally agreed to underwrite some of them for 10's of millions $. For example, the placing in May 2022; he personally underwrote, ensuring that the total fundraising would equate to at least US$23 million before expenses. That's his money he's putting on the line.

Your slur is that he's been placing without participation or risk to himself, which couldn't be further from the truth. He has personally been the main contributor to placings and has kept the asset progressing and in the hands of Chariot until a suitable partner/deal could be made.

I have no idea why the SP has gone so low. It's been sparked by a large seller which has caused panic amongst smaller sellers. The market can remain irrational longer than some can remain solvent/patient. Selling leads to more selling and eventually - capitulation. It is what it is.

I don't agree that the deal is crap, I personally never expected Chariot to remain with any more than 20% of Anchois, but it's the 2nd part of the deal (post-FID) that investors really want to see come about, which is dependent on reaching an additional milestone (finding more gas in Anchois East). Not something the impatient AIM trading bros are willing to wait for.

Cash in hand + Chariot's carried costs agreed with Energean = 2x the current share price alone.

Cash position: $19 million (raise) + $10 million (Energean) + $15 million (at FID) = $49 million.

20% share in 1Tcf of gas with a 10yr tax holiday.

Finance & production engineering partner secured.

Company carried to production for their portion of Anchois costs up to $170 million in CapEx.

Own 75% stake in the large onshore Loukos licence (x3 wells soon to be drilled within the next couple of months). Licence has high chance of success (CoS) at 80-85%.

All for a valuation of £92 million! Quite extraordinary really!!

An increase in shorting activity would at least give a reason for the sell off.

Having short positions open on the stock would not necessarily be a negative either, for in order to close their shorts, these trading houses would have to buy the stock.

I guess they don't want to be short the stock prior to drilling, for if/when they find more gas, they would need to buy back during a pump phase.

Whilst I agree that the eventual outcome of the deal is still pending (FID), your statement that there is no current deal in place is false. At a minimum, there is a baseline deal. See below.

"If the (additional 10%) option is not exercised, subject to FID, the partners agree to progress the Anchois development with an ownership structure of Energean 45%, Chariot 30%, ONHYM 25%. All amounts carried by Energean on
