The deal, when/if announced, and the accompanying message, will determine what the share price arrives at, which will equate to the market cap, which will be driven by the sentiment of the market participants.

There will be no defined ceiling, or floor, attached...suffice to say it will be materially higher than it is now.

I totally understand, you are making a pedantic point about a yet to be disclosed deal by claiming you know what the maximum amount paid will be.

You can't know that unless you are involved in the negotiations...which you're not.

I think the general consensus is that with a cash injection of ABOUT £5m ish, the share price will likely be rerated to ABOUT double where it was at the close of play on Friday, which was ABOUT £6m!

All roughly, about, circa, there or there abouts...ish!!!!

Shares in issue is 1.9Bn, which as it stands according to TradingView equates to a Mcap of £6.6m.

So our resident bean counter would calculate that an additional £5m in to the coffers would mean a then Mcap of £11.6m....so that would be divided by 1.9Bn, giving a share price of 0.006105p!!!

Thats a pretty pedantic argument considering all of the assets that would be advanced with that kind of comfortable financial runway that the cash injection would bring.

Whether its £5m, give or take £500k or so, is hardly worth arguing at this point considering we don't yet know the details.

The sp, or Mcap, could easily double and more once the deal is announced, regardless of whether the cash banked equates to double the sp at the time of the post, or not.

Not sure about being that defined as a maximum, it all depends on the negotiations, whats included as far as non core assets, and what a purchaser is prepared to pay according to how valuable it could be for them.

This particulat NDA Company seem pretty keen, so it wouldn't surprise me if a deal is done before the 28th deadline.

Plus of course we do have one or two other things going on, so would also be surprised if there weren't 2 or 3 other positive RNS's this month not associated with this potential transaction.

The interest in ECR is growing, and the more they announce, the more the market likes it. The more the market researches our multiple assets, and prospects......and current position...the more the interest will grow, and the more the market will want a piece of the action.

There aren't many small time explorers out there with so many positive angles and assets to their state of play. They not only have a series of very exciting licenses, potential near term production etc, very exciting results including antimony (do your research) but also assets to sell to bolster the coffers..incl property etc....and the most important aspect is that the team that have come in, Mike and Nick etc , have completely changed the dynamics of the structure of the company.

The Directors take their remuneration in shares, and have done since they moved in...and convinced the other Directors to do the same...ongoing!

They are focused on exploiting the assets that previous part time CEO's seem to overlook, the tax loss being the most significant.

Because they understand the law, the position, and the potential...and with their drive to get ECR to another level...considering their ownership of significant licenses in lucrative regions, property for sale, the appointment of Mike Pareker as Consultant Geologist, Geological Survey of Queensland Collaboration...Tambo, Lolworth...the list of RNS's is endless and continuing.

Mike and Nick have clearly got the potential of ECR by the scruff of the neck and played a blinder so far.

And...to top it all, it looks like they have secured a deal to bring the tax losses in to play, which should inject enough cash to take the company to the next level!!

Obviously the market wont react fully until deals are signed, but with four interested parties now it could even turn in to a bidding war.

One party has shown the most interest and payed a deposit within an exclusivity agreement, to continue negotiations until 28th Nov....but it doesn't stop others from chiming in with offers.

Fair play to the team, I have been very impressed by how they have turned this company around by using the resident assets as well as reducing costs to put us in a sustainable position.

I'm a chartist, and you're charts show absolutely nothing apart from extended consolidation with a few up days and a few down.

Too many lines and definitely too many moving averages...all too confusing.

Trying to claim you were in some way correct is laughable!

Small AIM stocks are only really 'readable' and usable for the rising and falling trend lines, support and resistance levels...along with volume.

Timing of news can not be anticipated using charts...only sentiment regarding flagged up potential news....and ECR have plenty of potential news due on several fronts.

This, if completed (which looks likely) will not only be a material cash injection in to the coffers, it will be what they do with the money.

It will give ECR the time and finances to focus on pushing their core assets on and increasing the value of the company.

Great work by the team.

AVCT has pretty much proved that they have a chemo delivery system which only targets the cancer cells.

In my book, and many others I'm sure, this is a solution to cancer. One of the most destructive disease's on the planet!

So why hasn't the market reacted with a volcanic rise in share price, after all, this is monumental and massive....right?

Could it be that the big players in the health industry don't want to see AVCT succeed...for their own nefarious, and driven by greedy, economic reasons?

Some on here can only imagine a time of when, not if, this share goes in to the stratosphere, but you have to zoom out to the bigger picture to get the full perspective.

Do the big players really want to see survival rates of cancer increasing....exponentially...when the world, according to some, is already overpopulated?

Maybe a big player will buy AVCT, for a decent, but not mammoth return for current shareholders.

I'm just putting this out there because I would love to hear some thoughts and opinions...as I am a share holder.

Nobody talks about it, but we are in an arena where the biggest players play...Governments, big Pharmaceuticles...the New World Order?

Why isn't the share price rising, with a solution of such global significance.

Not sure what all the negative spin is going to achieve by some on here.

Three weeks ago saw the end of a 17 day run where the sp was bouncing off the .22p level.

For the last 15 days the sp rose to, and is bouncing up and down within a range either side of .3p

I see that as good news, and reflects the positive recent RNS's, including todays results.

Imagine what the sp would have dropped to if todays RNS showed very little in terms of Au grades as well as no Ag!

Calm down dear, this is common practice across AIM that some people get to know an RNS has been logged.

In the current ECR newsflow climate, and with what the RNS 'could have been'...there was always going to be a few taking a gamble that this was 'the' RNS injecting several £m in to the coffers.

It'll probably happen again next time an RNS has been logged, but good luck trying to stop it.

The world is too corrupt these days...thats just the way it is!

Yeah the big killer of share prices is..uncertainty.

Even though the decision was largely irrelevant in the large scheme of things, the word uncertainty spreads fear through any jittery traders, so any positivity is lost in the background.

Now that this uncertainty is out of the way, the buyers flock back in....very strong buy signals.

2 years ago the gold price was $1600/oz, today its over $1000 higher! $2725 as I write.

Someone surely has to see the value of the turnkey, shovel ready asset that is a screaming buy!

Gold price stretching its legs again breaking new all time highs...$2690 and counting!

Must put a tad of spice into any negotiations regarding anything gold related.

SP didn't stay long below 0.3p today with some sellers bailing out (why?). Average daily volume of 26.6m....which is increasing each day...beaten again, currently 32.3m!

Certainly feels good to be an ECR holder at the moment, with all the newsflow due on an ongoing basis.

In a market notoriously difficult to get any attention or financial interest, ie small cap explorers, it would appear that ECR have become much more relevant in the past week. Justifiably.

A rise in sp from .0222p to .00325p is the thick end of 50%...and smashed the weekly volume avarage from 100m.... to 490m!!

Broken above the weekly stochastics down trend line from oversold to now rising above the significant 20 level....to now 36.

And, CLOSED above the 50 period (weekly) EMA for the first time since Nov '22!

The market doesn't lie!

What a week! Good rise on huge volume of shares traded (bought)....we're on the radar of traders and investors alike.

Some sellers just want to bank enough to get a bigger turkey, whilst the patient holders and new money buyers have their eyes on getting the whole farm!

Been investing, holding and trading these since the days when Luzon in the Philippenes was the big story, and what a journey its been.

Ups and downs along the way over a decade or so.

This finally feels like the right team are at the helm. Still work to do but all heading in the right direction in optimising what assets ECR have, and maximising the potential.

They said judge us in 12 months when they took over, and a couple of weeks back the fuds and doubters were using that against them as if they'd achieved bugger all.

Now those doubters have all gone quiet.

This is just the start, there should be no more doubt that this team means business, particulary in how confident they sound about the tax loss recovery process in its advanced stages.

Get that over the line and ECR will be operating on a different level to any position they have been in before...in their history!

Not bad for a 12 month turnaround.
