They haven`t said what level of deterioration or retention, just experienced a `lower` level!!

Maybe the II`s selling know more than PI`s about the extent of the hiatus.

Its easier to find these carefully worded parts of any statement if you don`t have the straight jacket of being financially at risk and all starry eyed with rose tinted specs on.

Just an interested observer as to how the pump and dump team operate.

I can see this going back to 46.5p then a full on bought of selling at resistance taking price back down to 36p.

If it boils down to less income than the market expected...it`s a profit warning!

And they come in 3`s!

Seems some peeps on here have forgotten that the company has issued a profit warning and taken a `desperate` loan of £20m to see them through the Accelerated Payment Facility.

Aswell as being £40m in debt!

Thats why the big seller is still selling.

All the 38p - 40p pump and dumpers are taking their 15% - 20% profit.

Are you absolutely 100% positive that the £62k `buy` you mention was a buy and not a sell...prove it!

The only way to know for absolute certainty would be if it was your buy. The MM`s play with delayed trades and tinker with spreads to make buys look like sells and vice versa.

Why do you think the sp is now at 2.5p instead of in the 4`s?

Been looking in here and doing some research as well as reading the frantic ramping all the way down from 8p....`this will multi bag from here gauranteed`....`EPC due in days` (when its end of Q1) .....`MM`s can`t hold this back much longer, will rocket on Monday` etc etc etc!

Now that the sp is still in a falling trend and not getting too much volume support below 2.9p, all the blatant rampers have gone cold and probably sold with a small loss because their pump and dump didn`t work!

This company has good potential long term but could still test 2p short term if the ESIA and EPC are delayed, like the DFS was.

I might even be tempted myself at 2p!

I bet Cadence are a bit pee`d off about being a distressed seller at these prices.
A great opportunity for new investors to take their shares off them this low.

Serves that clown Kiran right for blabbing his mouth off, if he`d have kept quiet he could have been offloading quite a bit higher than he`s forced to now to pay his bills.

How does this sort of contract work?

The Gib govt want a treatment plant and want to pay MWG £25m to build it.

So who pays the Engineers, Contractors, Legal teams etc, and who pays for the materials...concrete-steel-pipework etc going forward?

Do MWG get an upfront stage payment to start the project, then progressive stage payments as the build continues?

But mostly relevant to shareholders....will MWG announce how much they are getting, and when?

Does anybody know how these things are normally done?

That is the question.

They do it all the time to scare weak holders to sell, building a pot for themselves at extremely low valuation price level.

They do it on Condor CNR aswell, manipulating delayed trades to `pretend` they were sells when really they were earlier buys....adjusting the spread in a smoke and mirrors game that Paul Daniels would be proud of.

These scamming scum should have their gonads nailed to a nice piece of teak, then dipped in a salty vinaigrette with a hint of finger chilli seeds for extra spice!!

I can`t understand why its legal, after all its a market place with supply and demand dynamics.
