We`re only 9 days in to the second quarter!
And 2 working days in to the new financial year!

I would say that most of us invested are keen to get this show on the road but your impatience gets first prize!

You don`t have to do anything, your shares, or cash, is ring fenced in a stocks and shares ISA for as long as you want to keep them, or cash in your profit.

The down side is that if you lose money you can`t offset as a tax loss.

I tried to part trade some of mine and nearly caught a cold because any dips are getting bought up rapidly at the moment, I had to buy back at the same price I sold at, and glad I did.

There will be a bigger retrace at some point as profits are too tempting for some, but my main holding is going to be held with a vice like grip for the long term.

For some reason the LSE police blocked out `stand 79` in the tweet pasted ???

Lets see if the Master Investor show in London today gets the juices going for ECR.

As I understand it..simplified...

Bidstack agree with a publisher to utilise a certain amount of advertising space.
BIDS then offer that space to an advertising agency or direct to a company for an agreed term.
The adverts go live and impressions are registered at an agreed price.
They then get paid by the advertiser and split the proceeds with the publisher/game developer at an agreed percentage.

James Draper did say something about them working on four main lines of approach so this may be only one of them.

Happy to be corrected if I`m wrong.

I think they`ll raise some funds, but it will be after they`ve signed a few deals and the share price averages 20p for whatever the amount of days is required. Then they do a big fund-raise at 15p to push on for the BIG prize.

They don`t need money at the moment to survive because they have money in bank and revenue from their income on the already signed 3 year deals.

New deals first, then funds from a higher level.

Thanks for that, can see the forecast for `19 as £5.9m revenue and £2.6m profit.

That was from Sept `18 so could have changed up or down by now.

I`ve also just listened to todays Vox M podcast and have to say I have never heard a company CEO sound so excited about the potential.
James Draper was asked about the Gaming Conference in San Fran and said it went better than they could have wished for with extremely positive interest from a large number of parties. He did his usual `I wish I could say more at this point` but suggested that on a general level that it won`t be long before newsflow will be coming.
It sounded like new deals are just waiting for a signature and he can`t say anything until its all made official because of NDA`s.

He sounded so compelling with his excitement and clearly thinks that if Bidstack play things the right way he can see them being the biggest advertising company in the gaming market within a couple of years, with the mammoth income that would generate (my words not his)

He also said that the latest additions to the company in the Advisory Committee `should provide a hint at whats to come` (his words not mine).

I topped up on the drop this morning and after listening to the podcast I just topped up again before writing this.

Very convinced that this will be huge! Recommended listening.

ps. my top up in the last half hour was at the same price as all the other `sells` in and around the same time, so they`re obviously all blue, not red.

Nobody on here or on Twitter can actually show where the company, or a broker, has actually said that the £5.9m revenue target is real? Has somebody just made it up?

This paragraph doesn`t say that revenues in H2 `19 will increase `massively`. It says they will meet market expectations for `19 (whatever the expectation is?) but anticipate that this will be achieved largely with income weighted towards H2.

Extensive growth is 12 months away.

Yes sounds like they`ll run out of money before they run in to enough money to pay the new guys and increase development of tech costs for the 2020 surge in revenues.

People probably selling because although these new appointments will bare fruit it will be a little way down the road from here.

Good for long termers but would have expected some sort of news regarding the big gaming conference in San Francisco a couple of weeks back.

Yes the big seller has been haunting many stocks lately, I think City Group have gone in to admin and the receivers are forcing the sells of a list of shares.
Dipped my toe in recently in the 2p`s for my pension pot with a view that 2 years down the road when I review it I will be smiling.
Question is: Am I deluded and taking a huge risk? Anyone?

ps I also think that plenty of investors all round are waiting for the new tax year for a fresh start in their ISA`s etc.

Would have thought this news would have shifted the price a bit faster, maybe its the first hour of the week caution.

Or maybe just more sells to clear first.

Can see a move up once the news has been digested, after all, the results of the metallurgy is pretty encouraging.
