Every time I look at these I can`t help reading the name as e-criminals!!

Not saying that they are, but the way they have promised a quick turnover of results and regular news flow does seem a bit criminal to the long suffering supporters of the company!

I used to be patient with these but getting seriously ****ed off now, because you`re not keeping your promises, no wonder the sp is crap.

Don`t forget, just because a possible placing is being discussed doesn`t mean that more news won`t drop at any time!

They wouldn`t have stopped signing deals just because a fund raise is a possibility, and James Draper, who was in San Francisco last week, has said that `we`re under NDA to a whole bunch of very exciting companies`!

I think its probably more risky to try to sell and buy lower, than just buying in @16.5p today.
A price juicy RNS at this point would see more support and keep price strong going in to placing/investment negotiations with interested parties.

I can`t see them wanting to raise much more than £3m as the funds wouldn`t be needed to pay down debt or pay bills and salaries they can`t afford, they have already started generating revenue which can only increase from here anyway so not desperate, just looking to accelerate growth and set up bases in other country`s.

20 million shares at 15p would do it, which would be a 10% dilution on shares in issue but wouldn`t really make a dent in the positivity of the forward looking potential judging by the way any dips in price over the last month has been quickly bought in to.
I think the same would happen here post placing and the quickest responders in the open market would get the best prices.
It doesn`t always happen when companies raise funds via placings and can be seriously diluted on sentiment alone if its just to keep lights on, and prices can go below the placing price and stay there for some time.
But its not the case here.

Oliver90, I tried trading these a few weeks back and nearly got caught out...it was only the results day drop that let me back in lower and I grabbed it with both hands. I will only be adding from here on any dips and try not to be a smartarse again. Look at todays rise, its as though nobody mentioned a placing on Friday, and I hope those responsible for the leak trying to drive price down, and the shorters, have been caught with their pants down.

Gutted, I held back topping up (again) on Friday thinking that the weak would bail out this morning letting me have some more at about 12-12.5p! On the other hand its great to see the strong buying again giving James D a better hand in negotiating a placement should they decide to go for it. I hope they do raise funds for a springboard to faster growth. They understand the need to progress the first mover advantage and get a solid foothold with their brilliant no brainer `all sides win` technology. James Draper in San Francisco last week according to Justin W, so maybe some very important discussions going on! Any lower placing price will be quickly gobbled up IMHO, so will have to be watching closely like a shytehouse spider and fast on the buy button.

I always remember reading an article about Rights Issues and Placings years ago, and the main piece of info I took away was to make sure that any fund raise was going to be used for growth, not working capital just paying the bills and salaries.
This fund raise, if it goes ahead, will be used to accelerate growth!
What a great challenge, and task to be confronted with, and a formidable gathering of high end talent assembled in the advisory committee to take it on.

The charts on Deb, Flybe and Interserve would have signal`d a sell a long time ago, not just before they were in deep doodoo.
This is where the doubters of TA get it all wrong, you react to major indicators like breaking rising trend lines, not guessing where the bottom will be, you buy when a rising trend is established, and sell when it breaks down.
Debenhams has been falling for many months, so you wouldn`t have bought anyway, unless you were a clown. The high street retail sector has been knackered for a good while so not a very good example against using TA.

Obvious really, if you understand the principles of TA.

Northseatiger1, just because the AIM market is unregulated and, shall we say, manipulated, doesn`t mean that nobody but the market makers and institutions make any money.

Here`s a tip for anyone wanting to buy when the institutions buy.
Go on YouTube and put in `technical analysis of the financial markets` or similar. Then fine tune it by looking for `supply and demand`.
There`s plenty of insight there to understand what to look out for as far as to where Institutions are most likely to buy.

You would have to have a basic knowledge and use of charts to be able to play this strategy, but its almost uncanny how often you can spot where this type of trade was successful, a turning point in the direction of a share price.

Works on AIM as well as the main market.

Not every buy I make is a trade using technicals, I also invest for the long term if I see growth potential, thats why I`m here.

I have been fascinated in the extreme with trading using technical analysis since 1999. I have spent thousands of hours on it.
I`ve back tested it, dummy traded it, and then went on to use it regularly with my own hard earned, with a % of success and a % of failure, but the majority of trades that failed I got out with a small stop loss.
About 10 years ago I went to a 3 day seminar at the Online Trading Academy in St Albans, I didn`t sign up to the full £4500 course but I did buy a library of 16 x 45 minute training discs for £250 covering every aspect of trading markets, including the macro fundamentals like Vix Index, Chicago Board Options Exchange etc. They helped me massively to understand how things work.
About 7 years ago I bought, and read, a book called `Come Into My Trading Room` by Dr Alexander Elder, a legend of the trading world, and often interviewed on the main business channels in the USA.
In the book he explains in finite forensic detail every single aspect of trading in layman's terms as well as in professional terms...the most fascinating book I have ever read and he will be my guru for as long as I trade.
I have also bought some of his discs on certain aspects that I thought I needed to understand better.

I wrote every trade down so kept a diary of my reasons for my entry price, my target, my stop loss and my results so that I could go back and analyse where I went right or wrong.

Up until earlier this year I was running a Sharescope trading program where you can largely draw lines, indicators,arrows, text boxes etc etc so didn`t need to write down everything anymore because it was all there to see in `picture form`.

I now use Trading View for my charts, LSE for my trading terminal and a Barclays S&S ISA as well as recently a SIPP pension account for my trades/investments.

I can assure you that the Online Trading Academy are not `some two bit trading course`, in fact I would go as far as to say they are `one` of the best there is.
And Dr Alexander Elder is definitely no fake either, you can Google either to see how highly regarded they both are.

So now that you have a better outline of my background you might want to re-judge me as not being a weekend google hopper trying to sound more knowledgeable than I actually am.

I simply cannot see a hat being pulled out of the bag on results day.

Well no, me neither, and too many cooks is worth two in the bush, or to put it another way, a bird in the hand spoils the broth!

I wonder if they`re going to RNS this in the morning, seems worthy to me. If they do it`ll be the first time I`ve seen an announcement made on Twitter on a night before an RNS the following morning.

Regardless its still another revenue stream, one more of many to come.

Yes its all nonsense, thats why every professional trading house on the planet uses charts.
What do all the doubters think they`re doing with them all do..just drawing pretty pictures and lines?

I could give you 100 examples of when a chart shows a daily stochastic being overbought, then breaks down through the 80 level and an aggressive selloff happens...for example!

MACD, Stochastics, support/resistance levels, rising and falling trend lines and more all come in to play simply because so many people use them, its self fulfilling.

I think people who think its voodoo or reading chicken bones are just insecure because they know they don`t understand it, and its easier just to poor scorn on it because that gives them comfort.

I always use the comparison of someone who only uses fundamentals, and doesn`t use/believe in technicals as the same as a snooker player who can only pot balls but can`t control the white.
The trick is to understand how both work in order to load more probability in your favour. Whats the point of blindly investing in a company `at any price` just because they like what the company do....you could be buying just as price reaches a resistance level, then price reacts back down....because its a resistance level, if you understand that you would wait to see how price reacts first, if it bounces down off that level you buy in lower, if it `breaks resistance` it more likely to rise further...simples....if you know how.

People who don`t understand snakes are afraid of them, people who don`t understand technical analysis are afraid of it..... when it can be a very friendly pet, if you get to know it!

...and if the cup and handle pattern plays out as per the `rules` it would take the share price up to around 37p....there`s also an inverted head and shoulders over a 3 month (or so) period, and if that pattern plays out as per the `rules` it would take the share price up to...around 37p!!

Share price is up by phuqk knows what % in the last month, and now we`re up another 15% today and hardly anyone can be bothered to post a comment.
On any other site there would have been 50 posts going mad about the continued rise.
Just goes to show how under the radar we are...people in the main just haven`t heard of Bidstack yet.

I`m so glad I had no intention of selling this morning....but gutted that there wasn`t a fall to top up with.

Massive potential this one.

Don`t be fooled by the data degsie, its only a guide, thats why they include a disclaimer.

I`m not saying its wrong, just that with such a tight spread there`s no real way of knowing for sure, unless they`re your trades.

In the normal course of things with quite a low average, I would be tempted to sell at least some of my holding looking at the reversal signal on the daily chart.

The long shadow on the `hanging man` candle would suggest that selling to buy back lower is a very tempting strategy.
But.... in this case I don`t think I can be that daft, it would be high risk specially the way things are hotting up with the new recruits, and that James Draper has said that `we`re under NDA to a whole bunch of very exciting companies` and that shareholders will not have to wait long for news!

Then when you look at the 4 hour chart you can see that support has come in quickly on any drop, and price seems to be reacting to the 22 day EMA (blue) currently at 14.5p and rising, and if that fails the 50 day EMA (pink) currently at 13p and rising.

Then we have the rising channel in solid yellow, and the two support/resistance levels at 13.6p and 15p in dotted yellow.

All in all there`s not a cat in hells chance of me risking jumping out in the morning just to try to make about a 10% increase in my holding at best, besides, I wouldn`t be risking the lot if I did feel foolhardy enough.

No, my strategy, and hope, is that price does have a decent dip and I just add another 25% to my already significant (for me) holding.
Now is not the time for risks.

Ideal, keep setting those higher highs, then a nice retrace back down to 14p so that I can fill my boots with more :-)
Alas I think 14p has gone now and any small drop is getting hoovered up in a heartbeat.

And that`s without any new contract announcements! When they start to come in it`ll be like a black friday discount sale at Argos battling to get in ha ha!
