Yeah this level of desperation is almost pitiful to witness, posting just after 7am when no RNS is released, and repeating a personal attack on JD just because he (thechancer) has made poor trading decisions...I almost feel sorry for him....almost!

Anyway, because he`s posted his attack again, I`m going to re post my original reply.

To James Draper, I`m sure you and the team know exactly how to make this company a huge success, progress this last year has been nothing short of brilliant.

Some of us understand what Bidstack are aiming for, and understand that when you mentioned the 20x share price at c26p it was an `ultimate goal` target for a couple of years down the road, not a 6 month prediction!

Some of us also understand how complex negotiations must be to be able to secure the signature of a global advertising agency to the tune of committing to a £10m per annum spend for 2 years, if they were a bit nervous or cautious they would have only signed for a £5m total for 2 years.
We also understand that you wouldn`t have said that more global agency deals have been in ongoing negotiations, and should be announced in the short term.

You have always said what you are planning to do, and then gone on to do what you said.

I believe in Bidstack, as I understand you all do who work so hard, and precise, to make the company a success.

Yes the fact that Bids now have a much higher profile than a year ago, because of the significant rise in share price (which highlighted the potential) it attracts those that want in as low as possible, so they spout a continuous desperate diatribe to scare weak holders.
They wont highlight the positives...obviously, so its only natural for long term investors to give a balanced argument to all the backward looking old news, and to look forward, particularly in Bidstack`s position as an exciting new tech company with such high ambitions!

Let the market be the decider, which as it stands looks like the falling trend is over, and the bottom has been reached. The rise is on!

What happened?
Oh yeah, JD`s upbeat outlook about 2020 in the podcast, with `early` Jan specifically mentioned for further communications to the market. It must have scared the shyte out of you knowing that the market is now looking up, not down!

ps. Some may claim to not like Atlantic Capital Markets (no details why!) but they will have a following, just like Winnish.it does.

Well I`m one of the many millions of market participants who looks forward, not backwards...any financial adviser would tell you that.

Yep, they`re all orchestrated, probably under the puppet strings of Top Winnker.
Notice how they work like a tag team, one makes a big waffling post full of false `facts`and ludicrous assumptions so that he can try to `own` the discussion for a while. Then when he`s been shot down the next one comes in to takeover the ramblings and take his turn in the hot seat.
Notice how their posts almost always get the same amount of recommends, but hardly ever more than 5! The magic number....though maybe added to by bitter sellers from time to time if the poster is JD bashing!

Don`t know why Bids is being ganged up on by these clowns, but strongly suspect they are being paid by the same person!!!!

Thankfully there are plenty of genuine investors on here to keep the forum focused on looking forward, not backwards. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a very very promising story from a UK start up, so please keep posting the positives to challenge these ***ts!

Also thankfully, a good number of press articles are backing the idea of this new ad category growing from here, and plenty of savvy buyers are coming on board at this share price level.
In a years time if the whole Bidstack creation is fully functional and making money like confetti, the buyers of today will be handsomely rewarded with a 10 bagger!!!

Yep, shares trading at £1 each in 1 years time if this new ad category gains traction, and probably offers coming in for the Bidstack Group from serious players...for serious money!

yep..if they can make it work?...well they couldn`t have assembled a better advisory committee with more experience, so got a very real chance!

I bet if you offered those that sold at the low price an opportunity to reverse their sale as if it never happened, with the caveat that they`re not allowed to re sell their holding until they reach 20p, they would all snap your hand off all day long!

You come across like you`re almost panicking, desperate to get back in at the price you sold!

He does have a tricky balancing act to perform at this juncture of building the full concept in the most effective way, and doesn`t want to ruin it by saying something that the big players would rather not hear go public. So shareholders are going to have to be patient, and I`d rather stay patient for now than be told some details that could jeopardise the future ambitions.

This isn`t a normal AIM company, its a complex, intricate, and delicate new tech start up which could go mega unicorn if its navigated properly at this early stage.
Thankfully we have some AAA heavyweights from the world of gaming and advertising on board to advise on plotting the best course.

Bummer! Was hoping it was going down further for a nice juicy top up at 9.25p!

Alas the bargain price now seems to be 10p, and it didn`t stay there for long.

100kto1m, interesting you mention the company`s IP, I think it was alluded to in the podcast where JD said....

`We're doing some interesting patents for example at the moment. Which, we wont discuss here obviously but it's links was where the future of this company can go with some extremely bright people around us who are seeing some interesting nuances within this space.`

Also he said..
`So what I think... we've got a responsibility, as a company, in early January I think we need to go and give the market some clear idea of all of the routes to victory this company can can have.`

and....

`there are a number of things that we`ll be putting in place over Q1 that I think will see the company in a very, very strong position, over the course of the year, so yeah very excited`

So my take would be that the early January `clear idea` announcements could be some interesting new patents to protect the company`s long term ambitions.

thechancers (serial scaremonger) if you`re going to reference technical analysis at least try to understand what you are talking about.
- For starters its not closed at 40% today, its 42.7%
- You say `still` 40% as if its stagnant, its not, its in a rising trend towards the
significant 50% level, and has been mirroring the sp trend since the TU low
point on 18th Dec.
And
- If you try going to a 4 hour chart, which a lot of traders prefer because its a `sharper` tool, the RSI is actually crossing above the 50% level at 50.5%

So very little sign of your `big fall` in charting terms in the next couple of weeks, quite the contrary actually.
Your one sentence attempt at bashing the price down technically has probably done more harm to your agenda than if you just stayed schtum! And causes concern about the credibility of all your other Bids bashing posts!

If I`d have posted on the day of the trading update that JD would be just as likely to now come out with an RNS announcing a trade deal worth up to £20m over the next 2 years, helx would have said I was living in a fantasy world and stop believing in fairy godmothers and pixies, and that I should get real and stop pretending this company has any kind of future!!

Well don`t forget Girdz, there has been a lot of very significant news and clarity in the last week or so compared to the run up to the first RNS, when there was nothing but guesswork and speculation as to what had been going on.
And we all know about the 100%`ers on the pro side that have now flipped, so it works both ways.

No shame in changing a viewpoint here, in fact no sense in not changing your viewpoint...particularly when you look at the chart and see that the bulls are clearly beating the bears in the tug of war at this current level.....for a reason!

If you went out and looked at some training shoes you liked 5 weeks ago but didn`t like the price of £100, then saw the same shoes on boxing day at £29.95...it is then sensible to pick up the bargain without a second thought.

...of the 5 week falling trend line since the spike up to 23p.

Sanj no longer CEO....new one with telesales model.... only 2 TM`s retained....costs cut....more than 200 restaurants and rising with ramped up exposure etc!
Looks like the market sees this as a turning point, otherwise the sp would have gone below 1p.
