yv00, this is AIM rule number 11
General disclosure of price sensitive information:
An AIM company must issue notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge which, if made public, would be likely to lead to a significant movement in the price of its AIM securities. By way of example, this may include matters concerning a change in:
its financial condition;
its sphere of activity;
the performance of its business; or
its expectation of its performance.
I believe you are right in saying that JD has never uttered the number Β£5.9m, but that figure has been general knowledge for a year and as such can be regarded as the market expectations since they haven`t stated any other number.
My strategy of adding on the dips since my original largest buy has been driven by JD always doing what he says they will be doing, so for that reason I`m not doubting that they intend to build this company in a very considered way, with the advice of a very well chosen array of top drawer Advisory Committee members...and the fact that they have been happy to join the team.
The only thing that can ruin it now is if JD has been misleading the market about the level of interest which shows itself as very low revenue.
If he`s been lying then he`s been lying to a lot of people, not just me.
I`m not selling any at this point.
Read the RNS`s, listen to the interviews, and make your mind up.
