They were obviously duped by Aiden and Sanj, as were all the shareholders. I bet they were delighted when thay saw the results come in at revenues of £11.8k!!
Apparently they offered to give dish some more money when they wanted it, so maybe they`ll come to the rescue on their white horses...or maybe once bitten they`ll look a bit closer and say... NAY!!

With a 4million m/c for an app with just a couple of hundred restaurants on it the valuation is ludicrous in my opinion, and still has some way to fall
With 400-600 restaurants I'd expect an m/c of 4million
600-1000 restaurants a m/c of 4-6million
1000-1500 restaurants a m/c of 6- 15million
2000 restaurants 20-30million depending on profits at this stage if any where being generated.

Current market cap today...£10.5m so should have 1000+ on the app by those metrics! No wonder 3p is providing such strong resistance.

Fully funded for the explosion of revenues that all the new locations will bring in, and thats without the MGM theatre, check out the RNS for all other headsets in tier one venues. Too many to list on here.

Wow, have a look at Modern Water today, they`ve done a huge placing driving the sp down by 46%!!
Thats the difference between the details of the placing here for accelerated growth and funding of the 36 seater theatre installation at MGM Las Vegas as announced alongside the placing yesterday...while theirs is to pay off debts and working capital.....paying wages and bills.
Price here is likely to be at least double what it is today by the end of Q1 because the placing will be forgotten, and new headset placements with big players currently finalising details, will be announced shortly. Looking forward to finding out who they will be.
This is a no brainer cash machine for 2020, very exciting prospects and will soon be the largest out of home VR experience on the planet...making money hour by hour, everyday 365!

What I am saying monty, is that the trading patterns now suggest that there are reasons why the market has stalled at 3p, so the next move will be a retrace. Looking at the two 500k sells gone through probably explains why I couldn`t sell 50000.
The chart says down..unless they come out with something more positive than a few new restaurants a day, they might aswell have a storage wharehouse full of empty chairs...lacking sufficient revenues and the market knows it.

Quicko, I`m absolutely delighted with the IMMO update, making awsome progress, and for your info I topped up again at last weeks update at 6.99p, well happy with that one. Unlike dish they are making plenty of money, as the recent RNS`s prove..breakeven in sight which dish would die for.

Burning through cash at the rate they are means that income is very very important to keep the lights on, thats why they are trying to preserve funds, see latest RNS trading update. There`s no way that they can survive without raising funds far sooner than the Autumn, thats why they are trying to artificially hype the sp by increasing locations but only by one restaurant per location. Aiden has a history of trying to fool the market, but they will only fall for it for so long.

People will sell today because they don`t want to risk being in over the weekend...5 people being tested for coronavirus in Scotland two days ago has now become 15!

You beat me to it stalin, to try to make some kind of `final` point on one day`s trading, especially with such a big statement RNS we had today is pitiful to be honest...but thats chumpy for ya. He`s desperate because of the Bigdish dilema regarding cash burn, and I spent all day yesterday rubbing his nose in it because he`s been bullying everyone over there for months, saying that they are going down the pan, and now because he`s bought them they`re going to be the best company in 2020!!!
He`s a joke, and he`s just got a vendetta towards me, so just ignore, he`ll make himself look foolish trying to talk IMMO down because he hasn`t done any research...and he started today!
This one will bounce hard soon because it makes too much revenue for the market to ignore.

The difference between this one and chumpy`s (now) beloved Bigdish is that IMMO have guaranteed revenues, increasing exponentially as announced officially in their RNS`s.
And the placing money is going to be used to accelerate growth, not keep the lights on like Dish will have to do.

The reason why the market isn`t convinced is that there`s no mention of numbers ie bums on seats....revenues! You can have as many new `1 locations` as you like but it means nothing if there`s nobody sitting in the seats and paying their 50p (wow!) to Dish.
Everytime I go on to the Bigdish website to do a count up, (mostly to check that others here aren`t exaggerating numbers) I see that every restaurant on there has seat slots available...all day ....every day, so they can`t be that attractive. Even the ones that have been `onboard` for months still have all their slots available, I don`t think I`ve seen one that has `unavailable` in any slot, other than over xmas when everything was shut!
People aren`t going to join this pump and dump play now because this rise is over cooked.

Held up well today considering the placing price of 7.25p, probably because of the Premium agreement with MGM Las Vegas, IMMO`s biggest deal to date. When coupled with all the other tier one venues already secured the future looks very bright indeed here.
Increasing revenues from a great level to an excellent level with breakeven within touching distance, something that over ramped companies can only dream of.

Definitely struggling to break the 3p convincingly, must be why chumpy is panicking and chasing me on to other discussions ha ha.
People being tested for the coronavirus in Scotland, could be bad for the stocks that have a food based model if they`re confirmed...people will just sell because they think everybody else will!
With all the ramping here you would think that price would have easily broke 3p, alas its a lower high day...a good sign of a retrace.

We`ll see who has the last laugh chumpy, get back to your flaming monster munch and custard, you wouldn`t know a good thing if you saw it.
