Make no bones about it people, after last years run up on potential and sentiment due to the enormous opportunity with what Bidstack have, and which market they`re in, and most importantly the progress they`ve made in this last year compared to any small competitors, the risk reward with buying at these levels are extreme, probably as high as 4-1 in the short term with the right update.

As far as the website is showing, the full team of AAA+ advisers are still in place, nobody of significance has decided to throw in the towel. Everybody is still loving the challenge and working flat out to achieve the goal of being the biggest player in the native in-game programmatic advertising network on the planet.

The right news now will propel the sp in to probably one of the fastest baggers that most of us have had, and if you`re not in, you wont win. Its coming.

You are posting as negative and as often as possible because you think you are helping to keep the sp low so that when the good news drops you can frantically try to get in as soon as 10 seconds past 8am on the day...trying to convince anybody otherwise is pointless.
I just hope JD does one of his 11am RNS`s and you just happen to be out shopping at the time or at an unavoidable appointment where you miss the first hour post RNS, that way when the MM`s have run the sp up to 18p you wont know what to do because you missed out on a 1 hour bagger!

Its been 3 months since ECR did an update of activities, and this RNS today could be the precursor of a full roundup of the strategy going forward in Aus.
It was a positive move getting rid of SLM as it was pointless holding on.
Now 100% focus on Aus. They must have been progressing here in some form so an update to shareholders is the least they could expect.
Craig Brown, you have plenty of licenses in lucrative regions so don`t need to waste more funds adding more, just concentrate on advancing the ones you`ve got..for now.
Come on CB, its time to get your finger out and consider shareholders that have supported the move to Aus, lets see some nuggets!

Also I do believe that they will need funds a lot sooner than Q3, but also think there is time for a reasonable move on the shares in the mean time.
The 50 day EMA on the 4 hour chart is rising in conjunction with the rising trend line which began at the start of Jan, so any break of either will be my sell signal.

Don`t worry Bigbaddaz, its a short term trade which I will be watching like a shytehouse spider. Volumes on trades is still a worry for those not prepared to get out quick if the rising trend is challenged...revenues are still whats holding this back imo.
Its worth a punt, and if 3.3p goes my target will be 4.5p...then sell...unless...Sanj sprinkles his magic on further chains (plural).

Glad I added some of my last sells in to my DEV holding, currently up 32% on those buys so delighted with that.

The irony of this frantic deramper, turned ramper, turned deramper, turned ramper is that next week he will have bought in here and be ramping it to high heaven.
He always follows my `other` stocks, like he did with Bidstack when he bought in at the end of last year...and the funny thing is that he bought at c13p and they`re now below 10p... lol
I hope to hell he doesn`t buy these at the placing price ie todays sp, and then enjoys the ride up starting very soon when the placing is complete and we get some more new installations data.

I know, because the update was highlighting things that are irrelevant because they have no real new news to say that wasn`t already priced in ie increase in locations.
Here`s the `highlights`...
· 242 new restaurants added in January - a 120% increase (already known)
· 387% increase in deal quality (2-4-1 or 50% off) (wtf is `deal quality`?)
· 34% increase in 7 day availability (wow, groundbreaking territory)
· Roll out to a national restaurant group with 56 sites (Wildwood been on the app and talked about increasing restaurants for about 6 months!)
· Restaurant numbers to be announced every month in 2020 (and?)

The rampers like to focus on the `glossy` sounding bits in the details, but forget to notice words like `we anticipate`...we believe...potential to....possibly...ifs...and all those hopeful words that they have consistently used to try to fool the market in to accepting that they are doing better than they are.
Tiddly revenues mean they will run out of money soon, and could be the reason why they haven`t got the full compliment of telesales staff....they can`t afford them!
I mean how difficult can it be to get people who have the modicum of savvy required to phone up restaurants, explain what they have been trained to explain, and then ask them if they would like to join....teenagers today could probably cope without too much effort required, no degree in social economics required!

They`ll get the full team of ten after the fund raise, when they can afford them.

£4 per week per restaurant! Ha ha, and thats a fact by the way!

Hitt, IMMO aren`t struggling, they have installations in some of the worlds biggest leisure venues, most recently the biggest one yet, MGM Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, a 36 seater theatre which will generate £1000 per headset per week! The 431 total expected in the coming weeks, will `only` generate about £500 per week each on average!!
Y`all do the math! ...as they say in Las Vegas!
Not bad considering their market cap is only double that of tiddlyDish!

By the way Hitt, Dish will raise funds a lot sooner than 8 months, I`d bet less than 8 weeks because they themselves have said they are only focused on restaurant numbers, not paying customers.

IMMO are generating huge revenues, EBITDA breakeven Q1...just saying.

Funding here soon is nailed on, they`ve tried to fool the market, AGAIN, by throwing the word `prospectus` around as if to try to make out that without a prospectus they won`t be raising....but they didn`t issue a prospectus in the run up to the last placing!
Yet again they thought the market was stupid, but market says `no`!!

Well, won`t see these prices again....not for a couple of hours anyway!

Nobody raving about the Align Research note, understandably as it too was a bit, `could be..hopeful...possible...potential...we believe etc, and all those other words and phrases that stick out like a sore thumb.....and they own shares in the company!!

So the anticipated fireworks here ended up being a wet banger with a fizzle and a phut!!
Not kicking myself for selling because I can buy back in at almost exactly the same price....I`ll wait for the retrace first because £11m is way overvalued.

Someone`s confident, 2x 2.5m shares at .65p...£32k would be a bit too much for a risky punt...leaks?

If you read the update again they haven`t actually announced anything that wasn`t already known, and priced in, a lot of future hope as in this woolly sentence......
It is *anticipated* that *some* of these deals will be monetised and that going forward the sums involved *may be* more significant than future transactional revenue.
Also...
Furthermore, there has been a 387% increase in deal quality (50% off and 2-4-1 offers) in the month of January compared to the whole of 2019.

387% sounds impressive, but what the fk difference does that make? `Deal quality` doesn`t generate a 387% increase in revenues, hence funding needed soon to keep the lights on.
Quite a bit of bs and fluff as usual.

No mention of revenues, obviously, because £4 per week per restaurant doesn`t cut it.
As I`ve kept saying, a funding is needed to keep the lights on....2.5p (?) funding incoming very soon, Corporate Governance gaffs mean they have to be more honest now.
