Last company through the Perth Central Courts too 7 weeks. - i have ringfenced the 29th of October as our court hearing. but it could be sooner than that if there are no objections ( i checked it too this morning :))

Court dates available are. September – 4, 11, 18, 25 October – 9, 16, 23, 29.

They will flood the market with a lots of micro buys/sells to make it look like the market is moving and create a panic

The Italians bless them need at least 6 weeks notice that you're going to need something in 12 weeks time. and even then, it will be 3 weeks late. they are with my dealings with them a laid back bunch.

I think there are a lot of traders that are holding overnight that buy into the hype of the price gapping overnight.
Seems to be a regular occurrence at the moment.
