Personally think when a share crashs it’s not a bargain, it’s a calculated risk. In this case has done well for traders and short term holders, I imagine there are a large number of people here who have extended positions larger than they wanted as have averaged down, when this happens it is hard to hold ones nerve, when this happens it’s so easy to want to read and believe posts people put on these boards. The monthly technicals have moved from a sell beginning of last week to neutral yesterday to weak sell today! Of course this can change quickly. Imv broker upgrades aren’t worth the paper they are written on Liberian capital have a sell rating on Kaz the main share I trade of 4.60 dated 9/4/18. Jokers! Also in my view better to be cautious and miss a few opportunities that get stuck which some here seem to be doing. Again in my view think will pull back sub 6, before further up lift. Good luck all. Hello Harry786 Thank you and yes well done for sticking with it, i was very long in Glen/xstrata Kaz and Ved at the peak, went through a divorce and took my eye of the ball, sold 3/4 of my holdings pretty much at the bottom lost loads, panic must have set in as not sure why I did it, also with hindsight easy thing to say. One think I would add to Tucson’s post is recently as I am sure your aware kaz has a tendency to drop after good results this has historically been a short term, anyway good luck and well done again. Hi Tucson Great your back in one piece, glad you had a great time, rather you than me a cruise would be my worse nightmare partly from all the disaster movies in the 70’s I watched with my father coupled with not being able to get off when I want on a boat, I got stuck in a ferry from France years ago for 2hours as the sea was to choppy to dock and people suffering from seasickness put me off for life!! I have been very cautious trading and missed a few opportunities as l got badly burnt in the last crash, so like you quite nervous, luckily like all long term holders here my average is low so allows for a margin of error. Also only trading a third Of position So far been okay, no doubt I will cock it up at some point! ATB Bottled

My view for what little it’s worth is a possible short term drop back to 5.50 if it stays above 5.75 then think it will try to break 6 again and if broken will continue up trend, with a pull back short term probably sub 6, Worth noting anyone getting in at these levels suggest don’t punt all your cash In one trade, ATB Bottled

Hello Tucson Hope your enjoying your cruise. My thoughts are similar to your and think copper will make 3.5 this year, one concern i have is Trump and China and the knock on affect it will have. I have been doing some trading with a third of my position, buying in at sub 8.50 and selling 9+. ATB Bottled

Other things to take in consideration would POO, Russian sanctions, OPEC meeting Trump factor, Dollar price. Like most shares if one buys on bad news, they rarely recover to old sp quickly so tend to be mid to long term hold. Personally I think without the SFO being resolved one way or the other the sp will suffer, how long this takes is anyone’s guess. I am still long keeping an eye on the up trend. ATB Bottled

People.... Who really cares what Ftsemajor or the like think or do, he clearly loves the attention good or bad. All I care about is making some cash, as we all do, one can always spot an amateur in any business when they resort to ****ging off others. I am 51 years old trading for 30 years and heard all this noise before,it's all BS. People will often have different opinions to oneself, that okay if they sound half normal then take it on board for consideration. What I can't stand in most of these BB, is huge chat of ramping/shorting of stock, most people haven't a clue what they are talking about, I include myself in this.... I will never ramp or deramp a stock, Certian people like RdR who post on other boards does have an augment for his decision, whether you agree or not is up to you, but frankly I take exception to people who are rude And arrogant to folk who have a different opinion to them . Thanks Snige, think you could well be right, I only trade Kaz heavily,( as a bloke and ex MM (( used to heavily trade 5 stocks and run positions and correct at certain levels in the rest))think cant trade or really understand more than one share at a time)!!! Ifonly1 ftsemajor has been on this board a while, certainly pre the big drop in price, he is very long and took a big paper hit, He is a keen ramper just need to read his interesting posts, there are a number of people here who are big time down, keen to ramp this stock. Last suggestion to anyone new not sure to trading volatile stocks (which this is), ask yourself a question when buying what price are you happy to sell at? When the stock reaches that price or a bit above on opening sell. If you trade with my suggestion on previous thread then you have a cushion to trade these stocks in bigger positions, I buy out right no CFD’s. Can’t suggest on these. Good luck all. ATB Bottled

Hello bewaretheshadows, No I don’t mean that! What I mean is if you take profit of 5,10,20,30+ etc % (whatever % you decide to take % wise at purchase) sell your original buy in price, plus costs stake, leaving excess shares thereby giving one free shares. When buying back, buy in the dips but in tranches not the cash allocation at once, lastly suggest always keep at least 10% in cash at all times. Good luck. ATB Bottled
