Slow recruitment for Scib1 down to 10 consecutive hla screening failures in Jan and people not wanting to start cpis over Christmas.

Some interest in our lead antibody though preference is to take this into phase 1 as will 'add a zero to current antibody deal'.

Single digit millions genmab royalties expected next year if antibody makes it to trials as expected.

Didn't seem to be any concern about raising the significant funds that are going to be needed for the next round of trials given RedMile are unlikely to participate meaningfully, and Vulpes are probably at the limit of their risk appetite.

Modi didn't get much focus and Lindy rather rushed through her presentation compared to previous years which was a shame when all the PIs would happily sit and listen to her for hours.

To say funded to early 2025 with that level of annual loss IMO would imply we have received further funds from Genmab in this financial year.

They've had since April... ours are not a complicated set of accounts. I would humbly venture there may be something brewing that they want to include in the 'post period' section so they can discuss on calls with analysts and investors. Either data or commercial...

It was an interesting webinar with the stand out slide showing two graphs showing the exact tumour reduction in percentage terms and over time for each patient. Really it's 10/11 not 9/11 who have responded IMO (yes I know technically they can't say that), durable responses as well!

It was frustrating they didn't let us plebs ask the questions live, ours will be answered in due course.

My reading of the data in the webcast is that if they'd taken the reading in a few weeks time we might well have been at 91% given one of the patients is only just under the level needed for a partial response, and is only at 13 weeks.
