Always been a big admirer of yours WF but surely you can't say we're phase 3 until we actually start the trial.

Equally I've never been a believer in the efficient market hypothesis... it routinely misses or is late to things...Im seeing this as a huge opportunity to increase my holding but im also not completely discounting the chance of dilution (to keep the lights on). But even if it happens i dont think it'll be at a significant discount.
