You loose nothing; and there's a reason that the institutions wanted in, i3e are cutting some great deals and have an excellent forward business plan.
At 8400 boe/d we're talking almost $200 mil. annual revenue at $70 per barrel, and they're paying only $53 mil. for the whole thing. The stock should be worth a multipe of the current price. It's a steal if you ask me .

I haven’t seen any posts that call the BoD crooks and I would take issue with those posting such comments (many would). Most PI are reasonable people who work hard for their money. Several will have been ripped off in the past ( as have I) by unscrupulous companies, so there is mistrust on both sides.
But i3e are not like this in my view. If these comments have landed in you inbox I would regret this. Please don’t think we’re all the same though.

Lots of people talking i3e down to get cheap stock. They’re struggling because the deal’s a good one.
The rest of us will have to put up with their bullsit bingo until they decide to buy in again or simply pisch off.

Let the dust settle and the SP will be back to where it was last week and we’ll be a bigger producer with years of production and dividends to look forward to. A great share to retire on.

1/This is not a dilution, it’s a bigger company.
2/ More production increasing revenue.
3/ Even less risk across a portfolio of fields.
4/ Despite more shares in issue, my divi will be more moving forward.

What’s not to like? …. The shareprice?

5/ Able to buy shares in a great company with Unicorn potential on the cheap, for a short period of time.
