"Wave Season" generally doesn't include Spring Break, because they call Spring Break exactly what it is....Spring Break.!

The good thing about SB is that it's over several weeks, as each state has different times

February and March are usually prime travel share months, when everyone gets excited for Easter and books their summer holidays.

In the US the Spring breaks drive a lot of demand.

According to the latest long-term forecast, Carnival price will hit $17 by the end of 2024 and then $25 by the end of 2025. Carnival will rise to $30 within the year of 2027, $35 in 2028, $40 in 2029, $45 in 2031, $50 in 2033 and $55 in 2035.

So, if we hold for 7 years, we will go from $15.71 to $45 apparently, which means we will be about £35 a share.

The bid pricing gets changed from 4.30 to 4.35, but no, I always take the 11.30am EST price for the USD$ view, should I use the 11.35am price, maybe, but then there are times that trades are processed after that within the UK. The reality is however that the US is still open, and trades are within hours, so the time I decided to use, to be consistent, is 11.30am.

Depending on how much money you have, you should really have no more than 5% of your total pot in one share, i.e. you should have at least 20 different investments, especially if they are individual shares.

We closed at $16.335 and it's now $16.44, so 10.5c or 7.5p ish for the morning upside, in theory....

American airlines finished over 10% up following their results.....!!!!!

That's all we need, one week of 10% days. :-)

The problem is that I bought god knows how many at £12.60 I think, I think I got 25k at that price.

I know I had 75k at £7 and sold at £13 something back in June/July, I then kept some which screwed my avg's every time I bought and sold.

I did work it out, before and my avg overall was something like £6.50, but then I also know I screwed up and bought some at a higher value before selling and taking a loss.

This time, I think I'm in for about £12.10 ish avg at 40k , so I'm just going to go with £12 and anything above that is cream.
