I keep being contacted by P&O Player development (their hosts) to try to get me to go on P&O for free.

I can't find the emails, because I more than likely just delete them, but when you are next onboard go and talk to the host in the casino.

You might not gamble, but on Royal for example, every passenger gets up to $100 of the free play loaded on their cards.

They only know about it, if they go to the casino.!

You need a certain amount of points to get the free drinks.!

Anyway, here's a link to the Carnival Player Program. For CARNIVAL SHIPS....

Each Brand has their own Player Program.

So, on Royal, you get one point for every $5 of PLAY........again, not win, not loss, PLAY......

To get a free cruise, Inside / Interior cabin, on a list going out a full year, you need 2,000 points.

Now that sounds a lot, but it doesn't take a lot to get to 2,000 points.

On Royal, the lists then get better going 2k, 3k, 4k, 6.5k, 9k, 15k, and the top is 25k.

On my first week, I got 28,000 points........!!! Playing on Roulette, which works out approx. $30 per point...

So, yes, in other words, my PLAY was $840,000 for the first week.......

So for all you people who don't actually know/play.

I know several people who cruise P&O and Carnival, and get free cruises.

So, I would strongly suggest that you go down to the casino, and speak to the host.

It's not about betting £'000's, it's about your "play".

So if for example, you put £10 in a fruit machine (slot machine.!).....and played at £1 a spin.......and won £100, and carried on playing with the winnings, and won another £100, and carried on playing, then eventually lost......Your "PLAY" was £210.

Both Carnival and P&O have a similar player system to Royal, and both give you "offers" as well as benefits.

So, Carnival, to my understanding, you get free drinks whilst playing....

So, go down to the casino, put your card in, put £5 in the slot machine, and then ask for a drink. You don't even need to press the spin button.!. Get a drink, then cash out the £5.

BUT.... Ask the host what the player program is, how it works etc. etc.

Ok ladies and Gentlemen, plus all you lot on here....

So the reason for the jump today is because one of the big Analysts upgraded us to a BUY rating with a target of $25.

$25 is, for those that cannot use a calculator with the Carnival conversion rates, £17.48......

This is an immediate upgrade, not a future analyst upgrade, i.e. this is what the price should be now, per the analyst, not in 3 months.

So, we closed at $18.49, at 4.30pm UK Time, 11.30am EST.

It is currently in the US...live pricing, $18.74

The run is probably over for the day, unlikely to jump alot up/down now as the afternoon draws in (hopefully not down anyway).......

Unfortunately the Greed factor also jumped to 80/100, from 77/100 for the US, which suggests that there will be a correction very very soon across the US, how much, who knows, but we know that Carnival usually sinks by more than average.

Will ping at close.!

Then assuming no wars/oil fires etc. etc. over the weekend, we can hopefully work out what we will open with again.

So, per Jefferies, we are £4.45 away from where we should be right now.!!!!........ I will take it, but.......I don't believe so.

£17 to £20 for March 2024 is probably more realistic, as I said a month ago.

I want to apologise first.

On Sunday night, I lost a lot of money in the casino, and as a result, obviously the Stock Market heard, and because of that, decided to trash Carnival, knowing that all my casino losses were going to go to Royal's bottom line......

So, the results..........

What a pile of MM's c.r.a.p. manipulating the stock that much. I saw the results, thought, yep, this is going through the roof, and it literally went through the floor. Then magically on Tuesday, all was awesome, Wednesday it was awesome, Thursday it was, ok, I think we're sort of done, and today so far, it's awesome again.....

You really can't make this stuff up.!

Dropping £2 a share, or £150,000 for me, within a day, was probably the most depressing day I've had for a long long time.

Then, watching this go through the roof since Tuesday morning has been a rollercoaster.

We should still be £17, minimum, right now.

Take into account that even the $20 analyst target, we are still $2.80 (£2) away from that....

So, £14.50 ish for this year is "ok" ish, well, for the moment anyway.

The "Greed" factor in the US has dropped to 77, when it was 84/100, so that's another good news story, and the fact that we are hitting the summer months is always good for any/all travel companies....

I shed a tear when a couple of you said you missed me, and couldn't wait for my return.!

Normal Service will resume from tonight.!

Unfortunately I broke my winning streak, over the two weeks, I lost $20,000 in the casino, which now puts me back into a minus over my 13 years cruise history, now being minus $10,000 across every cruise, but with just over $250,000 of free cruises, I shouldn't really complain.!

but I did get two Grand Suites, and a Junior Suite out of my losses, plus a Tag watch, 4 x bottles of perfume, and two weeks of entertainment.!

It finally closed at $15.70..

So, incredibly, we are $0.11 up.

Obviously nothing stopping this train now.

Those Bstard decided to tank the share price because despite the Fed saying there is no rate rise they said, maybe, there might be, maybe later depending on x, y, z.....so, they tanked the market......

Then, magically everything was awesome, so it all went back up again...

You really can't make this stuff up.

We closed at $15.59.......It actually dropped down to $15.20 after the MM's played with the pricing.......

It's currently now back to $15.62.

We just need a slight increase, and a normal average day tomorrow, and we will hit the magical £11 SP.

It's a complete joke.

Somebody did something, as at just gone midnight our time, CCL shot up to $15.85 a share.

It's now closed at $15.67.

That's another 34c jump = 24p ish.......

Maybe someone said something in the bar that the Fed guys were at.!!!!

We closed at $15.33 it's currently $15.35.

If sentiment is good in the morning re the Fed non-rate rise, then we may well get a nice jump in early trading.....

but, as it's stands, we will open even

Pre covid they carried $0.5m of cash at bank, now they have nearly $7m cash at bank.

Reduce cash, pay down debt by $5m, keep $2m just in case for the moment.

Don't issue dividends, pay down debt with any excess profit.

BANG.......... £20 a share.

I would hope, pray, that they do not do Dividends, I would hope that any and all excess money is used to pay down debt.

I'm hoping that they also reduce some of their cash position.

They have held 9 months worth plus of cash incase of Covid23, and now that's not going to happen, they don't need that much cash in bank.

So I've just been talking to someone, and they suggested that maybe, just maybe, Carnival maybe selling one of it's brands.!

As this person is in the market world it was a very interesting conversation.

There was no facts, no direct quotes.

So who knows..... that maybe a way of offloading some of the debt as well.!.

Load up the debt onto someone who they then sell for $x take the cash and remove some of the debt, and use the cash to pay down the other debt further.....
