Che, how long does it take to produce the A4 size sheet of grown leather . Can this process be made quicker for larger size homegrown leather production

A few weeks, this is the same for any size - which is considerably quicker then using an animal

The process of the lab grown leather takes weeks so a lot quicker than gaining it from raising animals

The T REX handbags are rumoured to be priced in the extremely high luxury market price band ..

I think they will have a lot of interest in these alone .

The lab grown leather more into automobile market, fashion and military as the strength can be massively multiplied due to the microscopic layers they can make

Yes the finance is a mess at the moment but the showcase on 3rd April might change that

I doubt they have no interest and already are marketing the T rex leather on websites and social media

Bsfa cancelled arranged placing .. price plummets although added some .. they are showcasing the T rex leather next month so to me it’s a grower

Further to the Company's announcement on 27 February 2026 the Company provides an update on the previously announced Equity Fundraise and Capital Reorganisation. Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as in the earlier announcement unless the context requires otherwise.

The Equity Fundraise for £15m and proposed Capital Reorganisation has been mutually terminated between the parties and each party will seek to terminate all relevant agreements that formed part of the transaction.

However the CLN of £300K will continue on the same terms but be extend for 12 months and then repaid in cash or the CLN noteholders have a right to convert over that period at next BSF capital raise price.

Further to the above, the Company confirms that it will seek alternative fundraising options and it has entered discussions with other parties to raise funds both at Group level and subsidiary level for Lab-grown Leather Ltd and Kerato Ltd.

This process remains ongoing and the Company is seeking to close a new favourable fundraising option in the coming weeks. The Company will provide further updates as appropriate.

Cph2 not heard of them before but seems they are into hudrogen and oxygen with data centres and processors etc .. Placing was at 5p now 6p .. had a punt will look into more later

I originally thought Salvocean was what they were looking to list especially as Sam Reid & Phillip Reid were involved . Salvocean were looking at listing on IPO a couple of years back but it didn’t happen

They have taken on new contracts this year and were looking for funding and work on a % cost for arranging deep sea recovery

However the further appointment of Simon Renick threw a curveball into that as his background is in minerals and growing nuts

The further string to the bow is the we are screening possible RTO candidates mentioned in previous RNS and the £100k loan

I would guess 6 months this will go one way or another but definitely punt for the brave here

Otherwise it would not have come back from suspension last year

(Alliance News) - Amala Foods PLC on Friday warned of the "risk" that it could fall into insolvency should new funding not materialise in the medium-term.

The cash shell said it is currently relying on financing from a "relatively new" convertible loan agreement with a "professional investor". The loan is worth GBP100,000, with drawdowns made in agreement with the investor, Phillip Reid.

Yep agree Trojan.. they do get stick Laura/riddler .. however they sometimes get it right on bottom calls but not always Hmi for example
