So T Rex leather has been mentioned for military use .. I can understand clothing to be waterproof etc .. will T REX leather have the ability to be puncture proof .. I’m thinking stab vests or even as durable or stronger than Kevlar ?

To me if you can make ultra microscopic layers of lab grown skin ( leather) then it can be used for a multitude of purposes

Shame the company cannot get its share count right yet but next month they are showcasing the T REX lab grown leather based on the dna structure of the T Rex.. a bit Jurassic world like but not creating dinosaurs .. yet 😂😂😂😂

Well that part cleared up. I have asked about the durability of the T REX leather and it’s possible military use .. I know it can have waterproof properties but interested to know about the possibility of strength to prevent puncture wounds

There has been no share consolidation and there remains 128m (approx) shares on issue - some of the digital platforms mistakenly consolidated the shares on their platform and created the confusion

LONDON - BSF Enterprise PLC (LSE:BSFA) announced Monday that its subsidiary Lab-Grown Leather Limited has produced a fully tanned, scaffold-free skin reaching A4 sheet size at approximately 2mm thickness, according to a press release statement.

The company said the material was produced using its Advanced Tissue Engineering Platform over a six-month development period. The process cultivates animal cells into tannable skin at dimensions the company describes as relevant to luxury goods manufacturers.

The scaffold-free approach allows cells to self-organize without artificial support structures. BSF stated the material retains structural properties comparable to conventional hide, including breathability and patina characteristics. The cultivation process produces skin to specification, eliminating scrap rates associated with traditional hide processing.

BSF’s Lab-Grown Leather Limited has launched T-Rex Leather, a product line using cellular biology inspired by extinct species. The company positioned this as a material unavailable through conventional sourcing. A showcase event for T-Rex Leather is scheduled for April 2, 2026.

The Elemental product series represents the commercial application of the company’s tissue engineering platform. BSF stated the tanning of the A4-sized material confirms progression through technical readiness stages toward commercial supply.

The company said it will engage with luxury goods manufacturers and material distributors based on the demonstrated product. BSF Enterprise develops tissue-engineered solutions including lab-grown leather, cultivated meat, and corneal repair technologies through its proprietary platform.

BSF Enterprise shares trade on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker BSFA.

This is still massive news for the T Rex leather side of things and medical side .. growing skin in lab has a massive opportunity in all sectors … I mentioned yesterday the ceo talking about military options with the T REX leather side .. ultra thin layers can be manufactured in the lab for super tough equipment use .

In the current climate this might have some seriously big advantages for development alone

The MCAP has been obliterated on dealing sites and shares in issue changed to post consolidation amounts

The AGM passed motion for the consolidation so who is to say it has not already happened as the last RNS contradicts what is showing with the shares in issue now

Agree MCAP was showing at £100000 after the consolidation.. it was £1.2 million prior to that .. no one seems to know what has happened with it but it’s showing 10 million shares in issue still

Same here with the shares in issue and mCap

I think it’s some kind of error Dilly . If they wanted MCAP at 1.2 million then consolidation would be at 12p zone not 1p .. I’m not imaging it as it’s currently 96000 MCAP with the 10 million shares on here , HL, there own website and ADFVN.

All they seem to have done is reduced the MCAP and shares in issue shown but again it drags down the MCAP far less than what they are trying to raise ..

At the moment the MCAP is priced at a Range Rover not as a technology that could be used to make their leather seats ….

The part I’m manly interested in is the mention of T Rex leather in military… enough layers of microscopic thin T Rex lab leather could be very interesting in uniform designs rather than the handbags they mentioned
