AlbaCo bank now have a jobs blog on their website and it includes a head of lending. Updated today, their licence should drop very very soon and regardless of who else involved, Chp have 2.7% holding in their. Jim McColl director in both so pieces coming together

Done for a trade . So happy with that one. Added some to Chp and kept some in AMGO . AlbaCo bank is so close to news on opening it’s scary so keeping funds in both as one of them will possibly be used on a RTO on AlbaCo

CPX still flying .. I still thing Samsung news in September. Someone took 5% there today

ARB went up 120% in the end after I left it’s trade yesterday but is definitely being sold to private firm so suspension soon

Topped up here from a trade this morning… Cheaper than I thought at 0.0037 … happy to add on weakness but holding for the big news . I have some still in amgo but not enough to go bankrupt with if it doesn’t work out. Reading all through investment policies I’m still 90/10 that CHP will be the main player in AlbaCo

If he offloads the investments then it can be used as an RTO . Think bigger picture. I’m still more drawn that Chp will be used for that. Especially as shares already in AlbaCo have been bought here

And what happens if it’s announced that the RTO they have been in discussions with is AlbaCo Bank.. then MCAP here will be multiple times it’s current.

Costs have been slashed and if there is any fundraising it will be to keep the lights on until RTO is underway.

I’m not saying this is definitely AlbaCo RTO choice however the wording of what they are looking for in an SME here and AlbaCo is too similar.

I hold both here and CHP incase either become AlbaCo..plus there were some hefty trades here yesterday

Of course there might not even be a RTO in any of these but a new IPO.. However with all the grief and time in setting that up it would make more sense to use an already existing share platform…

I do feel imminent has become even more imminent and the AlbaCo bank website clearly been worked on this week…some decent buys back at the end of the day and it is coming very soon for sure

The Sp here today is due to the repeat 100 million sells . If someone has made a good profit from 0.0022 or 0.0033 then don’t blame them.

AMGO is not stealing investors from here either but a bit in them covers both angles.

Due to the update on the AlbaCo bank website today showing vacancies etc. I would estimate that the full banking licence is very very imminent and perhaps it might be a good time to sit on your hands here .

Whatever Jim McColl does announce , CHP still have the only commercial 2.5% holding in AlbaCo and perhaps more will be taken. If more of the CHP investments are sold off then favour returns here for the RTO…

I do think they are all linked in yes . I thought AMGO was going to just shut down but now it’s clearly going to be a RTO . Staff now minimal here so no coatings.

AlbaCo have recruited more staff in last few months including a lending manager . So there are almost ready to start the trade.

Whatever happens these 3 pieces of companies AMGO/CHP and AlbaCo are linked in a time when a new Scotland bank is ready to start trading (upon the imminent) full banking licence.

I am holding both as then both angles covered but each to their own and AMGO may just yet become a phoenix from the ashes .
