(Reuters) — Gail India has extended its gas sale and purchase agreement with Oil India for another 15 years, the company said on July 9.

As per the agreement, which is effective July 1, up to 900,000 standard cubic meters per day of natural gas will be supplied from Oil India's Bakhri Tibba block in the western state of Rajasthan to a power plant operated by the state's electricity generation company.

GAIL owns and operates a 16,421 km network of natural gas pipelines spread across the country.

Everything regarding Amigo will be null and void if this was to go through as a RTO as the lending side was ringfenced. There are about 3 staff left keeping the building warm and no assets to remove.

SME was mentioned by Jim McColl as a possible venture for Amigo and thats the same venture as AlbaCo bank would like to move into.

Amigo have no banking licence and neither at the moment do AlbaCo although both have Jim McColl onboard.

It would make sense for him to utilise this as the RTO vehicle however its whether you would want to be known as a rebrand of Amigo.

I am still hedging towards a RTO as its a waste of a listing to let it fold. But what it would come back as can be anyones guess.

The value is as a market listing . Easier than creating an IPO for a company and a lot cheaper . I’m not saying either way it will survive or fail but it is an asset that can still be used as a listing . If I had a crystal ball I would know whether to avoid or buy hence it’s still a red or black roulette gamble.

Well made a few pennies on Arb from 1.65 will keep on watchlist if repeat again. I will now hit £1 as I left as usual 😂 in for a few on amgo as a punt as well.. death or phoenix there. Amoi dropped like a stone from its high of 5p and might go down to under 1p. All the Bitcoin companies are great buying it but what are they actually making .. dis still dropping awaits final results there too

I agree with sticking for a gamble only.. if it pays off with McColl then happy days or if it goes down the plug then that’s the gamble you take . MM’s not appearing to want to trade it hence the spread however July is here and to keep the lights on for the skeleton crew staff would need peanuts… it’s the confirmation needed either way that’s dragging on a bit but not going to lose sleep over it

Probably awaiting results as if bad then going to drop again . But who knows with this lot as all the pieces are there to start making the business successful

The Group signed hosting agreements with Merkle Standard LLC to host 9,315 miners at Merkle's Memphis, Tennessee location and up to 4,000 machines at its Washington State location. Approximately 1,232 units were sent to the Group's Baie Comeau facility. A further approximately 8,000 units (6,000 were sold after 31 March 2025) were sold for cash proceeds of approximately $2.0 million. Our go forward hashrate, reflective of the machine sales, is expected to be 1.7 exahash.

During the month of April we continued the deployment of our Helios miners to our hosting sites and mined 13 Bitcoin. The deployment of these units will be completed by the end of May 2025.

So they are still mining Bitcoin ???

If JP Morgan add again then there might be a challenge on for its sale or perhaps something else on the table. There have been lots of small trades over the last couple of days but the SP keeps rising in unison with them.. perhaps more background buying going on

JP Morgan have bought 7.8% of the shares over the last 2 days.. I’m not sure why or what is going on either but hopefully they keep adding and the SP will start to move northwards. I have not seen any large trades printed so either they are delayed or adding small pieces at a time…. Not sure why if company was looking to be sold unless there is someone else that wants to put a spanner in the works

MMS happy to seek it at full price but not willing to buy it. A definite high risk share but at its current SP it’s lights out soon or a phoenix from the flames .. although it was mentioned repeatedly July is the deadline or it’s finished. Depends what is going on in the background re any possible RTO … every day that goes by though makes it a bit less likely but we will see .
