AlbaCo have not got full bank licence yet but it’s imminent. (According to Jim McColl on CHP RNS10th June)

They had a partial licence 2023 until 2024 but that lapsed same time as change of leadership

So this is what Jim McColl said about AMGO

That’s the similarities and not a P & D , telegram group etc. AlbaCo bank is awaiting its full banking licence imminently . Is it going to use AMGO to do a RTO is it the speculative question..

AlbaCo Bank will get its licence very imminently. They will want to list on the stock market. Jim McColl involves here and with AlbaCo . It would make sense to use an already listed company to change into AlbaCo. CHP has already purchased AlbaCo shares although they are not on the market yet..

That’s the theory .. a major new bank will need stock market investment for capital

There is a full banking licence to be issued to AlbaCo. It’s whether they decide to enter the stock market and use one of Jim McColls companies to do so. Either CHP or Amgo. Although speculation at this time but I’m sure they would want to be listed .

CHP have shares already in AlbaCo , AMGO looking to be an RTO

The wording from Jim for AMGO does match the banking style of AlbaCo though. Might be idea to keep eye on any staff left here on LinkedIn to see if they end having AlbaCo employment status

Maybe idea to have some in both. CHP have the shares in AlbaCo already and MCAP issue in shares . AMGO already looking for RTO and kind of fit the AlbaCo system.

Clai I think it won’t drop until 17th July as the dilution needs shareholder approval… but a lot of shares Incoming then.
