I assume you’re in the anti brigade, it was dry oil until recently and hopefully this will be solved, are you relying on green energy which will never supply all our needs, this is a reality, wind and sun required and never in the history of the universe has this been consistent , would you rather import foreign energy which has been produced by fracking, let’s all show some patriotism to the UK.
The transport and roads authorities had no objections that were of any consequences only those who voted against who had their mind made up before meeting. I can’t blame SS, this will be overturned, the water is now the biggest problem which really wasn’t originally known to be so serious, fingers crossed, I have a lot at stake here so it’s hold or bust for me as I can’t cut my losses.
SS is not responsible for the partial failure of the well or the planning refusal, but really this RNS could have been released yesterday morning but I’m assuming SS thought the answer yesterday to planning would be yes , wouldn’t be surprised if this drops to .1, hopefully a long way ahead things will pick up and planning will be reversed if we’re still around, bottom drawer for now.
Most councillors are a joke , year 1 intelligence , watched the meeting today at the start, not a single suggestion to the company that made any sense, imported oil is quite often produced by fracking and they’re happy with that, the true cost of green energy without Government input is well over $100 equivalent BOI , but I don’t think they have the brains to understand these things, I really don’t know where we go from here other than ask the travelling community, am really angry at the moment that these type of people are voted into important positions.
Can you compare HUR in any way after they downgraded to 10,000 BOD , their SP has tanked, we are producing 300 BOI, what does that say about our future, I am starting to think this is a lost cause after 8 years here.
If this stays afloat we’ll do OK long term eg a few years. The oil is still there and at these prices BOI, there’s no way green energy can compete, I would assume grants and hand outs for green energy will now be well down priority worldwide in the business world.
