The BOD have known the feelings of share holders for some time now and have shown utter contempt and disregard. This situation will be no different. Probably the only difference this time is that the majority shareholders are now fully aware of how they operate and as a result the BOD will be on a self serving collapsing time frame. My only hope is that larger share holders can rescue the company from these sharks

In Rogers defence he did call the GDR BOD out on what, at the time, was a conspiracy. Along with others, myself included, he smelt a rat. Turns out it was a very big rat. Hoping this isn’t the same kind of scam as the CEO did seem extremely excited on numerous interviews. I conclude that surely a deal was all but sorted pending the legal sign off. If Mr Nugent needs my vote he’s got it. As I’ve mentioned many times GDR bod are self serving scum at best. We need rid of all of them and I’m sure if Nugent came up with a plan most long suffering PIs would be well and truly in his camp. Those last two RNSs highlighted the true nature of this BOD. I’m really hoping Mr Nugent has a plan to rally share holders to force these parasites out once and for all.

As part of DN fronting the funding in some way i would have thought he would want a reshuffle of BOD and changes to inflated salaries as part of the deal

Do you really think he would totally sacrifice his credibility by making those statements, not once but several times. Why would he mislead the marked in such a massively catastrophic way? Why would he give such a short timeline if he was attempting to mislead the market? Has he got a track record of deception or misleading comments? With such confidence what could possibly lead to him making such bold statements? How long would a deal take to thrash out and then become legally binding? A lot longer than a few months I suspect so at what stage would a deal be at to allow him to make such bold statements?
