• AVA6207 is listed as a preclinical program. 
• It is described as a dual payload pre|CISION® molecule. 
• The “first molecules” under this dual-payload approach are designed to release more than one payload at the same time into the tumor microenvironment. 
• The payloads are likely to be a topoisomerase I inhibitor plus another agent targeting DNA damage repair mechanisms (i.e. hitting a resistance pathway) 
• Avacta does not publicly disclose more details (e.g. the exact warheads, linkers, or indications) yet. 
So, AVA6207 is in a “next-generation” design stage (not yet in human trials), aiming to combine two different anti-cancer mechanisms in a single, tumor-activated delivery system.
