Maybe a joint venture with someone like Haydale?
Very true @quickpro; even better if it was released at 2.22pm; all great fun speculation, hopeful of course, so for now a lil top up....after all it is Tuesday tomoz, and the company loves a cheeky tuesday or thursday RNS recently.
Furthermore, would EUA become the holding company? If so, would it not make sense for the licences to be owned by EUA and them leased to the subsidiaries, so if those subsidiaries are sold, we could still gain by leasing the licences to the new owners? Or maybe its a condition of the sale that the licences are sold too; thats even if this is something that can be done?
Roll on the next 2 weeks.
Big fan and investor of Eurasia, just have a slight doubt I would like people to squish....
...the rns has some great news and wording, but i did notice it was missing words such as "strategies" and "concurrently" - is this just an overthought by me?
Come EUA
#PGM #HipHipHoray
LTL - it would be fair for you to also mention the details that preceeded yours, in the same RNS...
...."the Company has now received several proposals including a proposal from a credible party for the potential acquisition of substantially all of Company's assets. The Board has decided to focus on this potential asset sale."
From what I understand there hasnt been anything else said to discredit that. EUA did mention in a later RNS, along the lines of expanding WK concurrently with the previously mentioned strategic options to maximise shareholder value?
Sorry if topic been covered, been busy all week and just catching up now.
From what I read, they have stated about the Sale of Monchetundra in the ACF report? In the manner that it is deffo happening?
And if EUA pay ACF to do their research on EUA, was this a way of EUA to bypass a RNS, but utilising the report, to craddle us worrying, nervous, inpatient PI's; and say "shhhhh....its okays, we're gunna be lining your pockets very soon" :-)
Thanks
Mooching - agreed, that's effectively another £14M sitting there for us, of course if the investor chooses to exercise them within 3 years.
And I like how the company states about them limiting finance to prevent shareholder dilution - BOD are good at keeping care of shareholder pockets (obviously that includes themselves).
Seems like they dnt wana unnecessarily share too much out, cos i imagine a lot of investors are screaming for the BOD to take their money.
This special dividend is gunna b big and juicy, i can feel it!
Financially, even setting the money aside from the sale, we r in a great place, and now with this placing &warrants(assumed they get exercised) i feel we are going to see majority of the sale come to the shareholders; there is no need really for the BOD to retain much, they have everyone around throwing it at them lol
Investors, Placings, Credible Party, EPC contracts(in abundance being offered to us) and then the Production Revenue .... think it would be wise to ride one more wave after this dividend payout with EUA - that wave being the total buyout of Eurasia Mining and her finally laid to rest.

...says approx US$20million, thats just for the shares right? The warrants could also generate us an income of that or greater? I assume that Private Investor could end up paying EUA more than $20 Million for the warrants?
Why would they not jus get it all in shares? Surely, they are investing for more than the sale? And if there were to be a sell off and a low sp like some have been saying, why would they risk that much money unless they r planning to stay for at least 3 years?
Quite interesting.
Sorry if already been discussed.

The way the BOD have been managing all of this, has been very tight and professional. There is no doubt a sell off will happen after dividend payment, but keep an eye on who selling i.e. BOD, if they do not sell a substantial number of their shares, that indicates to me that they may have a lil more to annouce hidden under their sleeves, and will perfectly time it after the sell off, to lock out some people.
Looking forward to short term and medium to long.
I do share the view that the 'significant special dividend' will be a lot higher. The current sp, although frustrating not seeing it higher, is a lil irrelevant as its just a coiled spring waiting to be released; at least it keeps control and stops day traders swing the sp about, and us others biting our nails, thinking should we sell or hold lol.

Not too sure what the negative is about, please correct me if i am wrong...
Alba are effectively getting their house in order by separating assets to maximise their own profitability without detriment from unproven and money pit projects excl. Welsh gold atm.
Alba in effect become the Holding company for Greenland Listco.
Alba is in a comfortable financial position for the next 12 months, in which I imagine will improve once this IPO becomes active.
Yes, i agree, would be nice for Alba shareholders to be offered some of these shares at a discounted amount, but if GF is to offload Alba shares in GL before Amitsoq comes to fruition (which sounds like he wants to dispose pretty quick after the commencement of the IPO), the GL sp will reduce, allowing us to get those shares in effect at a discount, so when the Greenland projects come into fruition, IMO next year, we would have built a big holding from where we profit nicely.
Just some further analysis of that somewhat cryptic but very teasing RNS (not like plenty of analysis hasn't been done already, and forgive me if I am covering recent info)
First bit to highlight:
"on a limited number of potential bidders who HAD shown consistent interest in Eurasia and its high-quality asset base."
HAD? Would indicate past tense, which at first read, feels like those bidders are no longer.
I read on and this:
"However, after conclusion of the joint venture with Rosgeo...
....the Company has now received several proposals including a proposal from a credible party for the potential acquisition of substantially all of Company's assets. The Board has decided to focus on this potential asset sale."
This makes me naturally overthink the following:
1. HAD? Is because of Rosgeo, and that put the price tag out of their reach?
2. HAD? Meaning interest(informal) now into proposal (formal)?
3. Several proposals? Could mean from one company, however the bit "...including A proposal from A credible party..." probably suggests more than one company and in particular a big name **cough cough** Japan, NN, Anglo **cough cough**
Anyone else be kind enough to add their perspective please?
Would the opening bid start around 12.5p as per the placing?
"As part of the Admission process MED has raised £5.54 million through a placing of 47,150,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 25% of MED issued share capital on Admission) at 12.5 pence per Ordinary Share to institutional and retail investors, with a market capitalisation of circa £23 million on Admission. On Admission, MED will have 188,564,036 Ordinary Shares in issue."
Morning Ian,
Great info thanks.
Can it be assumed that if the EGM is to be held on 28th April, that is unlikely the BIG RNS will come before that date?
If that assumption is correct, then can you add me to the list for 6th May 2021, and this to supercede any other date I may have already guessed.
Thank you.
Stay Safe all.
Come on EUA!!!
Totally agree crober,
By the end of the year, i do feel alba will be in a much better place, both Share Price and Output.
Clogau seems a main focus, but Gwynfynydd is going to be very lucrative maybe more than Clogau, and lets not forget Greenland projects, if anything, the welsh mines will fund those Greenland projects, as imho Greenland is going to be our multibagger.

Think i can agree that more is meant from the title, but more in the sense that this is Binding Agreement Number 1. In previous RNS's, it did say we have been approached by multiple parties and have non binding offers (not explicitly in this structure but those who have read will now what i mean lol )(offers meaning more than one); therefore I hope and feel that more Binding Agreements are yet to come.
Maybe a lil farfetched but it has been rumoured about Russia to be the creators of Bitcoin, and Elon Musk rumoured to be creating a crypto called Elongate; Russia and Elon collaborate and what better way than owning part or all of a UK company based in Russia that has an abudance of pgm and licences which will not only help the worlds richest man underpin his future commodity but also strengthens russian economy and to their delight may lead to the dollar being knocked down off its pedestal, but meh thats a different conversation.

@Shorn - no problem, thank you.
As many wise investors on here have said before, don't focus / speculate too much on SP. People don't or shouldn't invest based on SP movements, as past performance does not reflect future performance.
I find it important to invest my money on fundamentals, so due diligence is required, look at things:
- Directors on the board: their history and what their investment to the company is.
- Expenditure/ Salaries (are directors taking payment more in shares or cash)
- Debt
- Cash in the bank
- Assets
- Business Plan
And more, it involves a lot of reading, watching and listening; after all investing is glorified gambling, risk and reward.
I remember seeing something about FSP taking upto 12 months, and usually if it takes the longest period, that would all fine details taken care of. We do have some big players involved here, not just banks, but legal team and the interested parties - i would go as far as saying that Lesego, NN and Anglo American will be up there; as much as I would love a full company sale, part of me thinks and feels that the journey with Eurasia shouldn't or wont end and feel that either MT or WK will be sold and JV on the other, which wouldn't be too sad as a special dividend would most likely be paid.
I try to not get too excited, i am a lil nervous because of being burnt by Sabien Technology with their M&A that after 1 year of suspension fell through, but Eurasia are much more established and that interview just instills confidence.
